This the second time I have ordered equipment from Gaynor Sports and the price and service has been excellent. I feel I get good value and the equipment arrives promptly.

ordered shoes in 10 1/2 and they sent 13 1/2. When I mentioned this to them they asked if I was reading the right size.
To me it seems like they didn't have the size needed so they just sent any they had spare. Then to return it they wanted me to print out a returns label.

They were present to talk to, prompt in response time and did post me a returns label when I requested on. The refund was issued quickly.

overall they wasted my time and there own and delayed me been able to get the shoes I wanted by almost 2 weeks.

Faulty manufacturing issue resolved immediately by the shop and replace sent on the same day as call. Cannot fault the high level of customer service they provided. Very trustworthy shop and great experience

The boots I wanted were in stock and at a good price, and I treated myself to some tops at the same time including a great quality Marmot jacket at a really good price. My order arrived really quickly and I’m really pleased with everything.

Good prices online and a fast delivery. Unfortunately the fit wasn't what I was looking for so I had to return it. Dropped it off at the shop in ambleside and the return was processed within a few days - very pleased
