Placed online order yesterday, payment taken.
Received email today saying money being refunded..no reason why. Looked online and still in stock, and available to purchase.
Rang Ambleside shop, and gentleman said he couldn’t help with online orders. They don’t answer phone number given by Ambleside bloke..messages only..useless, and I live in the Lakes.
Looked at their website today, and they STILL have the boots showing as available to purchase, even though I have had a confirmation that they no longer have stock..very poor company.

Good: Quick Delivery.
Bad: I emailed to cancel the order 5 minutes after pressing the button. they did not read the email and sent the item anyway. Returns are not free so I paid £5.45.
Will not use again.

Ordered a Mountain Equipment Tromso jacket. It was by far the cheapest available. It arrived the next day. Amazing!

I tried a coat at the store, (which has a fabulous range of outdoor wear) but didn’t buy at the time. On return home I regretted not buying it so purchased online. The coat arrived very quickly and I’m delighted with it. I will certainly shop with or at Gaynor sports again and highly recommend them

Bought quite a few things from Gaynor Sports over the years; via website or direct in-store when on holiday in The Lakes, I'll be popping into their shop again in May this year because I've never had a bad experience with them. They are one of my "go to" stores.

Great price and excellent service. Delivered the next day. Boots as described and nearly £80 cheaper than identical boots on sale at another shop.

Great service as always, whilst I always visit the store in Ambleside when we visit, the website now provides amazing choice and terrific delivery performance. I no longer have to wait to visit to buy my favourite gear.
