We found an item we'd been searching for - which was sold out everywhere in Glasgow - on Gannon Sports site. Paid for next day delivery (as it was getting close to Christmas). I emailed to check it had been sent, as had some issues with other sites, and Mr Gannon emailed straight back with a friendly response, even at this busy time of year. He contacted the people he had used to send the parcel and kept tabs on tracking as well as sending us the tracking details he had. The parcel arrived and Mr Gannon emailed when this was confirmed and saying Merry Christmas. Excellent, friendly and helpful service. Would recommend highly.
