We have been impressed with the greenhouse but actually just as impressed with the helpfulness of the sales team; our builder was able to check requirements for the dwarf wall and the installation was stress free and completed with any niggles or adjustments necessary. Everyone turned up when they said that they would and have been not just diligent but reliable.

From seeing the glasshouse at Hampton Court Flower Show to erection in my garden...the whole experience was exciting for me and a brilliant journey.

We purchased a Gabriel Ash Hyde Hall greenhouse after looking at several different designs and makes at Hampton Court flower show. The quality of the product is first class and the after sales service, erecting the greenhouse, etc was excellent. I would have no hesitation in recommending this product. Purchasing the greenhouse in winter (November) also meant there were good deals to be had.

The shed/greenhouse looks good, provides all I need in one building. I am very pleased with it.

We are very pleased with our new greenhouse. As we were spending a substantial amount on our greenhouse we actually decided to visit their showroom & factory near Chester. This was a good decision as we were shown around & were able to look at a number of their products. The staff there were very helpful and gave us lots of information. The product is of an excellent quality and the fitters recommended by Gabriel Ash were very experienced and professional. The greenhouse is beautiful & we have had so many positive comments from family and friends. Definitely a good purchase.

The service we had from everyone at Gabriel Ash was very good, from out first contact with their Sales Executive right through to the fitter on fitting day. Everybody was very helpful and friendly and made us feel they genuinely cared. We visited Gabriel Ash at Monument Farm and were shown around their factory and showroom. We were made to feel very welcome and we would strongly recommend anybody considering buying to visit them so you can see the finished products first hand.

The greenhouse itself is our second cedar greenhouse, our first being from a different supplier. The design of the greenhouse includes some innovative ideas such as the full length opening ridge, the aluminium gutters and downpipes and the locking side vents all of which we feel are positive aspects of the greenhouse

Compared to our other cedar greenhouse the grade of cedar used seems to be rather soft and behaves like blotting paper, there are some leaks in the roof resulting in water running down the roof struts on the inside. We were surprised that Gabriel Ash could not accommodate a low threshold door to fill a gap in a brick plinth and as a consequence they recommended we fit directly to the paving slabs. This would have been OK if the fitter had put a layer of silicon sealant under the aluminium base but as he didn't water seeps in every time it rains. Also when it rains the door swells considerably and sticks so it does need re-planing down the lock side (one day soon). The profile of the timber used is a bit on the thin side so we don't have the robust chunky feel we have from our other greenhouse.

Overall we are very happy with our purchase from Gabriel Ash and despite the few minor issues mentioned we have no hesitation in giving 5 stars.

From start to finish all my contacts with this company was very professional and helpfull. Nothing was too much trouble. The quality of the product is excellent.
I would recommend they look at the drawings for a bespoke Glasshouse, so that the measurements are in harmony with bricks sizes, this would iron out future problems.

Bought two structures from Gabriel ash. Fantastic quality, great customer service from the start of the project through to the end. Sarah in the office was brilliant with her advice and guidance. The guys whom installed were prompt, professional and did a great job on site. Would recommend to anyone without reservation. We are delighted with the end product and it has made such an improvement to our garden. So glad we decided to go with Gabriel ash rather than another company. Well worth the cost for the quality of the structures. Many thanks from a more than satisfied customer. Delivered beyond our expectations.

Everyone who I either spoke to on the phone or met at the show were helpful,courteous and knowledgeable of their products and service. I was kept in the loop at all stages of the delivery process. When they came to put my greenhouse up it was done so in a professional manner. A friendly and courteous team arrived when they said they would. It was a delight to have had dealings with this company.

Gabriel Ash recently installed my Hyde Hall greenhouse, it is beautiful, functional and is the Rolls Royce I always promised myself.
I first saw a Gabriel Ash greenhouse at RHS Harlow Carr in Harrogate and I was blown away by it; that was three years ago. Since then I have been looking for the same thing for less money. I checked out all the competition driving miles to look at them and I concede that nothing comes close in terms of quality of the Gabriel Ash product. Having dealt with the people at Gabriel Ash I can confirm that their service is second to none too, all questions answered politely and courteously, and all care taken to ensure absolute satisfaction.
When I watched my greenhouse being built, and when I look at it now I know why I paid a little more for it. Everything is thought through and everything works and fits beautifully. I can't imagine how I would feel if I had bought anything else, happily I don't have to.
Product, service, construction and aftercare absolutely second to none. I don't regret one penny.

Very poor service. Late delivery, they apologised but gave no explanation. Delivery of goods were in a poor state or packaging. Some damage to unit...then.....it did not fit together. Worse than Ikea.

My Gabriel Ash potting shed, which is half shed and half greenhouse, was designed for me based on their vine house, by the amazingly helpful people on the stand at the RHS show at Tatton. It fits perfectly into the space I had available.
The whole process was managed to suit my timescale, the installer was quick and professional and the potting shed is fabulous: it looks beautiful, it's well finished , the colour of the wood is lovely and it smells wonderful. The interior of the shed is as good, with plenty of headroom, great benching, shelving and a good ventilation system. I would recommend the company and their products to anyone, it really is top quality and great service. Everyone says ' that's a fantastic potting shed!'

Nice people to deal with, excellent product at a reasonable price, top of its class. Marvelous smell of the cedar wood. Would have liked an option to have the guttering run into a collection tub.
Overall, great.

The product itself is excellent as is sales and aftersales communication, however the bit in between is poor.
However having been given a delivery date this was then postponed, and postponed again. An afternoon delivery was promised. It arrived at 8.30 am.

The Cedarwood Greenhouse is admired by all. It was erected onto the prepared base within a few hours. All contact with Gabriel Ash and its em-ployees was positive. Getting a new greenhouse was an easy and happy experience. I thoroughly recommend this company and their greenhouses.

Gabriel Ash turned our passing thought of a greenhouse into reality. We've now got something that adds to our garden and gives me a place to enjoy gardening at all times of the year. I love being able to potter in the greenhouse in comfort whether it's hot (plenty of ventilation) or cold. I love the roof height as it gives the feeling of plenty of space. The design accommodates your needs in many ways - water butt integral to the grrenhouse, dropped threshold makes getting stuff in and out easy, combination of paving and gravel facilitates good drainage inside the greenhouse. Special recommendation goes to Tom who built our base and installed the greenhouse, brilliant service, nothing was too much trouble.

It is exactly what I wanted. Perfect in every detail, great quality, looks fabulous and fits into my garden a treat. I am so looking forward to getting it up and running for a full season in 2015

Had a Gabriel Ash greenhouse before we moved to the Highlands and missed it very much. We took the plunge this year and I am so pleased with every aspect of the service and the greenhouse itself. Delivery was when I wanted and the erection service was superb. The greenhouse is just as well made and sturdy as the previous one and will weather the wind and rain we get here. The office staff were also very helpful, all in all an excellent experience from start to finish. I look forward to growing lots of things next summer but meanwhile the shelves are full of bulbs for some early colour. Cannot recommend Gabriel Ash highly enough. 10 stars!
