From the first phone call everything was explained in great detail. Product arrived and the delivery driver exceeded his instructions and even transported the items into my back garden. I erected the greenhouse on my own only because the instructions (even though a little dark) were very clear and the items came really well labelled and in order of building. Had a slight problem with the opening roof window but phoned the company and was told exactly how to sort it out very quickly and easily. Never thought this would be as easy as it was especially as I'm well into my 60's. Would recommend this product and company very highly. If you're looking for a new greenhouse you could do no better than this company. Thank you everyone who i spoke to.

Ordered the city greenhouse. Took about four weeks to arrive which was made clear when ordered. But definitely worth the wait. The product arrived flat packed and all the glass in tact and in a special crate. It took two of us to make it and I would definitely set aside a day to do the job. But, without question, worth the effort. Quality product which well made. Looks absolutely fantastic and very much in keeping with the photos on the website. Would highly recommend as long as you know someone who can read assembly instruction properly. Scandinavian design …. Can’t beat it.

We ordered a garden greenhouse from the website ma-serre-de-jardin.com in November 2022 (a reseller acting on behalf of Juliana). Delivery took nearly 3 months, and when the package finally arrived, the glass had been transported flat instead of upright, leaving it completely unusable (broken).
We immediately reported the issue and opened a customer service case as requested, but despite many follow-ups, we received no response from the reseller.
Even worse, Juliana, contacted several times, never agreed to intervene and proved just as incompetent.
To this day, the situation remains unresolved: no replacement parts and no refund.
⚠️ A word of caution before purchasing: extremely disappointing experience, both with logistics and after-sales service — from the reseller as well as from the manufacturer.
👉 I strongly do not recommend this manufacturer.

Update — Oct 13 → Nov 1, 2025: Following Juliana’s public reply on October 13, 2025, I immediately emailed their customer service at mail
, including my name, order number YXYJMVQWI, timeline. I received no confirmation or case reference, and no response at all thereafter, despite additional reminders. Unfortunately, this mirrors the earlier pattern: public apologies, but no concrete action or communication. My greenhouse remains unusable, with no parts replaced and no refund.

This is a very well designed product. I spent a couple of weeks assembling it and am very happy with the result. The Julianna Premium greenhouse is very solid and looks great. I would advise that only experienced DIYers shpuld try assembling it!!. If in doubt get Juliannas experts to assemble it.

Greenhouse is ok, but the people assembled the greenhouse was awful!
They forgot to put on many weather stripes on our greenhouse!!!!

Reply to the response: I have never writen anything on the recipt, the installer has only asked my husband to sign!!!
This company is a liar!!!
You guys has never thought of asking me to send any photos to you to investigate, instead you only blame on me!!

I purchased the Juliana Gartner greenhouse and also their installation service, paying over £6k. According to their web site, ' A greenhouse can be used as an all weather, all year round, outside room. A greenhouse allows you to control the growing environment to ensure gardening success.' Following the erection of the greenhouse on Friday 31st March I found the greenhouse was leaking like a sieve. There was water ingress at all four corners of the building and also at three separate points in the roof. I initially phoned Juliana Group on Monday 3rd April to explain the issues I had with the greenhouse. I was told Mark Butcher, their technical services manager would phone me. Needless to say I heard nothing on that Monday so I wrote to Juilana Group pointing out the various issues. I received two emails thereafter from Annie Pickwell the office manager and finally Mark Butcher. They both told me the greenhouses are not leak free and leaks can be expected at the ridge, corners, windows and doors. Butcher advised me to try and seal the building myself with silicone and Pickwell stated I should let the building settle and over time algae and debris might help seal the building. When we purchased the building no one told us about leaks in the property in fact the website states the building is an all weather, all year round outside room. In addition the web site states,' Juliana greenhouses are produced in our factory in Denmark and offer Scandinavian design at its best. A Juliana greenhouse is strong on quality ..... and are designed to shrug off Scandinavian weather conditions.' However, even whilst making these claims Juliana know their greenhouses leak and in my case leak in numerous places. I was a Chartered Surveyor for many years and I would be ashamed to put my name to such a woeful building. My advice to anyone buying a greenhouse is avoid the Juliana group unless you want to risk water ingress.

The quality of the greenhouse is good - for sure, but the whole experience as a customer was really bad. To start, the website misleads you of what is needed in the greenhouse, and I had to buy the base/fundament in addition to the greenhouse - even though you cannot build it without a fundament - so why not put all together? The problems started with the packaged being badly damaged by the delivery service, and we realised about it only when our constructor was here to do the job. The customer service was agile in sending new ones of the damaged packaged, but they were wrong ones and again our constructor couldn't do his job. We had to have new packaged delivered and other delays in our projects. Communication overall got in a bad shape, and now we are laying with several damaged packages in our garage with the only suggestion of "throw them out" (even though we dont have ways to transport such big packaged to the dump). In addition, the greenhouse is completely difficult to build, and must be done by a professional for sure. Again, quality of the greenhouse is good, but the whole experience was really bad.

Value for money on popular model tricky assembly in places despite loosening bolts unable to square glazing true on roof adjoining rear apex , one piece of toughened glass shattered when picking up, replaced promptly by halls thanks very much glazing complete I would recommend Halls , please read instructions carefully before attempting construction.

Horrible service made me wait over a month for my greenhouse and then they cancelled it

I bought a 10x6 Burford just over £1100
It came in boxed and started to build. After reading instructions and having built a greenhouse years ago, I started building going okay then run out of bolts should of had 200 so I phoned up with a missing number 8 bar and more bolts where they sent 50 bolts and nuts. Putting up the roof bars takes 5 bolts per bar. Before long 50 were gone. Phoned up again and sending out another 50 nuts and bolts. But it takes 2 days for each extra lot to turn up, so greenhouse is on hold again. It's terrible just looking at a un completed greenhouse when your waiting for DHL to deliver. So with this in mind I would not recommend juliana greenhouses, And I WILL NOT EVER BUY FROM YOU AGAIN, very disappointed.

I bought the greenhouse from you. I then had a wrong support and ran out of bolts and nuts.
I was only half way building the greenhouse and I dont know how many I needed the person on the phone said 50
So that was it.
The roof bars alone were taking 5 bolts x 8 bars then the door and other bits
YOU should of supplied the correct amount of bolts and nuts. So please don't try and blame me for saying 50
How was I supposed to know.
Your answer is what I expected from juliana greenhouse's.
Its Monday 1st August and I ordered Thursday so all weekend I could of been assembling the greenhouse, but no bolts are still not here. Another day lost yet again.
