I have ordered stuff before from this company & been please with the service - my latest order (after a long gap) was a couple of weeks ago when I put in a quite complicated order, and opted for the free delivery. They 'phoned just to make sure about an order detail. I then received the goods the next day. Great service & I will certainly use them again. Thanks guys.

Future Shop are one of 'THE' best retailers I have come across online. They have a fabulous selection of cables, are super helpful on the phone and via email and do their utmost to support their customers in making the right purchase decision at a competitive price. I have spent thousands of pounds with them over the years and will continue to use them for as long as they trade. Ordered speaker stands without realising there was a wait time (it does say this in the item description), so got in contact and they responded and sorted a refund all within a few hours, Mark was super helpful.

I previously placed a review regarding a delayed refund. On reflection it was an overreaction on my part. The refund did come through on a timely basis. This update has not been requested by the company but I felt it was important, somewhat belatedly, to set the record straight.

My order was processed and delivered in a reasonable but not outstanding time.
I ordered mounted audio speakers cables, and found the mounting and quality of the conectors really poor.
Globally, I'm disappointed by my first try with Futureshop.

Not being very technical, I ordered the wrong bespoke aerial from Futureshop. They immediately offered me a refund and gave me some useful advice. Great customer service. Thank you!

I wanted to resurrect my old surround sound system and needed some speaker cable. I rang Futureshop and got some excellent impartial advice about what cable to choose and some practical advice on how to connect it up.
I ordered online and the cable came the next day. It sounds great.

Ordered a Dac for. My iPhone and it arrived on time within the agreed time . Well done

Always great to deal with Futureshop. Abandoned my previous supplier to use these guys because they were responsive, knowledgeable, at the right price point, and super quick delivery. Recommended.

Update: Since leaving a low rating on Trust Pilot Futureshop have been much more responsive by email and are helping me with my order. It seems some of my messages ended up in a junk folder which caused the delay in response. They have assured me this is not a typical experience. My original comments are below for reference:

Very slow!
I have been trying to place an order for some speaker stands and some other items - I have called and emailed several times and have not yet been able to get the answers I need to place the order. It's fine if you know exactly what you want and can order direct from the website but this has been a disappointing and frustrating experience which makes me think they're not interested in my order, which is a shame because they're the company I went to first having used them before.

For those are living outside of UK but want to buy something from there: BE AWARE of the custom fees due to BREXIT.
I just want to tell everyone before ordering their beloved cable don’t bother doing that unless they want to pay extra duty fee.
i ordered 3 cables from ireland which cost 200 phounds and after 1 month I got a letter to pay 75 phounds for custom due to Brexit. I called Futurshope and they said that it was written down in the terms of conditions (small prints) and when ticking the box you basically accept it regardless if you read it or not.That is fine but what is annoying that we were not informed properly. The custom we should pay is 37% of the total value of cables which makes them extremely expensive - if we had been aware we would not have bought them. It is annoying that I talked to them before and they didn't warn me. If you are ordering from outside the UK, take note of this. I will never order from the UK again.
In order to be fair I have to mention that their customer service is good as they were trying to help us and explained the whole process.
I here only wanted to highlight my frustration over the extremely high custom fee and that the only notification about it is in the Terms & Conditions and also would like to warn others to be aware when ordering from UK.

Perfect experience. Quality HI-FI cables delivered on time. I Will be coming back for more after all. Can one ever have enough cables?
