I had concerns about a delayed dispatch that were answered very promptly. The item was out of stock. I was due to go on holiday and thought I had allowed enough time to safely receive the item. The company suggested that if the item didn’t arrive back in time they would hold on to it until my return. Luckily it arrived the day before my departure. All’ s well that ends well.

Recently payed for the vinyl flattening service for an old record I purchased from abroad. Not only did they flatten it but they also gave it a clean, it now plays perfectly and looks brand new! I hopefully won't need to have any other vinyls flattened but I know where I'll be going if so. The delivery was also fast and packaged securely.

I had an iffy experience with Analogue Seduction and originally left a negative review.

Since the review someone at AS got in touch and explained why things went so wrong. Put simply I was sent something that didn’t match the description and had to wait much longer than normal for a refund, several emails and calls later and it was all sorted. Fine but not ideal really.

After I left the negative review and one of the AS team reached out to me, they were insistent on making sure I was a happy customer, so we spoke in some depth about products that I was interested in. After exchanging many emails I was offered a product to try out in my system free of charge, which was very kind of them.

So I have to give AS the benefit of the doubt in this situation and accept it was just a mix up and the team are actually keen to help and make sure the customer is satisfied. My original negative review was probably influenced by reading other negative reviews about AS and when I mentioned this to the team they explained they had issues with other staff in the past and this is no longer a concern. I have to give my opinion based on my own experience and the final result is positive, even if it began negative.

I’ll also add that the communication was very pleasant and responses were very fast which is great.

Recently bought an ex-demo integrated amplifier from Analogue Seduction. Communication was great throughout. Gary responded to queries immediately and sent over additional photos unasked. Delivery was swift and very efficient via DHL, everything well packaged. Really excellent all round.

There represent Rega Research turn tables and amplifiers and other hifi products from Rega. Rega have great products which are guaranteed a lifetime. Except mm and mc cartridges. Anologue Seduction stock most of their products. I ordered the Rega Brio mk 7 and it came quickly. They directed me to there place kindly, because I arrived at the back of their place. No fault of Anologue Seduction, Google maps are not always efficient. Very impressed with the their service. Inside there hifi rooms was a delight to behold. Real eye candy as they say today. Lovely premises and there website is well laid out. I must emphasise that I have no connection with them. It was my first time with them. Hoping soon to buy another product from them.
