I’m quite particular, and her attention to detail was excellent — helping me coordinate my furniture and fabric with my flooring and décor, while offering thoughtful suggestions and alternatives. There was never any pressure; I felt listened to and well advised throughout.

Our experience in Furniture Village shop in Thurrock was quite amazing. Paula, approached us with a big smile on her face and asked if she could help us. We then told her that we wanted to buy a mattress, she took us round and showed some mattresses and explained the quality and durability, with Paula experience and professionalism, we were able to make an informed decision and purchased mattress and pillows.
