Great service from Laura Hills at the Lakeside branch of Furniture Village. She was helpful without being pushy and made sure we were aware of a couple of marks that were only slightly visible on the store items we bought. That’s exactly how customer service should be in my opinion!

We had a great customer service at Furniture Village in Thurrock, kindly assisted by Tan. We only went to buy sofas but ended up replacing our old dining table chairs matching sideboard. Tan calmly explained the whole process and ensured measurements were correct, how to care for our new leather sofa. We were very happy and saved lots of money in the bank holiday sales and deals.

Great experience at the lakeside branch. Customer service was a pleasure, left to our own pace staff were amazing and our point of sale Mohammed Ali provided excellent information and patients (as we looked at a lot of sofas) and well earned his commission. Highly recommend
