We had such a wonderful and easy experience with Gabriel at the Brighton and Hove location. He was very informative, his background in interior design was evident through his thoughtful recommendations, and he went out of his way to visit our home to take measurements for us and help us envision what the space could look like. We felt like we had a million questions and tough criteria for what we were looking for and he helped us customise pieces to suit what we were looking for. Would absolutely recommend and will be going back to him for all of our home furnishing moving forward!

Walked into the store and was greeted, felt no pressure which I like, I was asked if wanted any help by Gemma Anderson, she was friendly and did not rush us, took time to show us around, no sales pressure again which I liked, made us feel comfortable. We brought a sofa and the whole process was very easy

Team were great but one of the rubber supports for the tv bracket is missing so my tv is on the wonk and no mattress protector which I ordered.

Gemma is very good for your business too. We needed to go away and take further measurements and we had no hesitation in coming back to make our purchase. Came for a sofa, left with matching reclining chair as well!

Excellent experience at the store in Brighton today. I knew roughly what I wanted but Sam’s knowledge was super helpful in fine tuning my decision.
He was helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble and I didn’t feel at all rushed, even when laying on the beds for a very long time!

Decided I needed to purchase a new mattress for my home. The model I wanted was avaialble from Furniture Village. Dealt with Pascal who previously helped me two years ago with my sofa and again was very helpful and great customer service. He is a credit to to the company.

Todd was polite and helpful even when I was querying the invoice, which was my mistake.
No problem with the service I received.

Immediately acknowledge on entering the store without being crowded.
Whilst looking required assistance and Todd helped me, no rushing, took time to explain all of the mechanism's on three of my purchases and explained on others, went into detail on all fabrics, and fully explained delivery and the care plans available. At no time was I rushed absolutely no pressure which I loved and he was very happy to help.
Excellent service and has updated me since and also found a discontinued product I wanted.
I have yet to receive my purchases so can't speak of how they will do, but if everything else is to go buy then I am happy.
