Not sure at first
I was very dubious bout this product (suede cleaner) at first as it didn’t work but after trying it few more times and soak it more the water marks I had on my suede sofa are slowly dissolving!I had tried everything on it to no avail but this product did finally move it!

Leather cleaner and paint arrived quickly. Cleaner worked well, unfortunately the paint was too dark (cream). My fault for not checking.

Poor colour match. Even worst customer service.
Rubbish. Poor colour match and pre cleaner completely destroys the leather texture.
After sales service is rubbish too. They told me I should may and extra £15 and mix the colours myself or pay another £80 to have it matched even though they allegedly stock the BMW Platinum colour.
Wouldn't recommend.

On the negative side this little bottle was sent in a big package and the freight cost was greater than the cost of the product. It would have been wiser to put the bottle in a small padded envelope and send it by mail.
