Horrible user interface

Horrible user interface. Could not turn off the express tracking option once selected. Extremely frustrating. Wound up having to remove an order item in order to do it. I would have gone to another supplier if I hadn’t spent so long customising the card.

The first card we ordered was delivered…a week late, rubbish.

The first card we ordered was delivered a week late, so they gave us a free card code, didn’t work so they gave us a second code which was accepted but we still got charged for the card, the people you deal with have no idea what they are doing, they cannot find the card you sent on their web site, we will never deal with company again, they are a waste of time, my advice DO NOT USE THEM.

Don't order flowers!

Don't order flowers. Ordered for my Step-mum, the box was battered. The prosecco bottle was on top of the flowers, the flower heads were snapped, box of chocolates squashed and just generally a waste of money. The flowers look nothing like the advertising photo. Very disappointed.

Nice cards

I found a selection of cards suitable for our wedding anniversary.
Being able to add a bunch of flowers to what would have been a blank 2nd page is a nice touch.
On the 3rd page 3 boxes in which to write messages with a choice of script.
An finally a discount code that gave me 20% off.
Then Royal Mail delivery for my chosen arrival date, brilliant.

Found a good card design & could…

Found a good card design & could personalise - it arrived on time & was appreciated.

Website wants to send card to incorrect address

Everytime I purchase 2 cards on the Funky Pigeon website the first address I require gets changed to the second address I have chosen meaning that both cards would incorrectly get sent to the second address and I have to go in and edit the first card so it is sent to the original address I opted for. It is so frustrating

Different gift than what was ordered

The card was great but I was a bit confused with the enclosed gift, I had ordered the box of hero's and you sent me the large Cadbury chocolate bar. I did check the confirmation order email and it did say Hero's maybe you need someone checking that the correct gifts are sent out.

Worst card company.
Didn't send the cards I ordered.
Emailed to request cards that arrived with no envelopes .
Requested envelopes that never arrived.

Better app than Moonpig that kept…

Better app than Moonpig that kept needing to be reinstalled. Prices are reasonable but wish their card selection was better. I always select to get an envelope added but that has never arrived.

For the first time in years had to use customer service, and they were really efficient and helpful.

FP have long been my go to. Yes they’re more expensive than a high street card, but that’s my price of convenience.
