Better app than Moonpig that kept…
Better app than Moonpig that kept needing to be reinstalled. Prices are reasonable but wish their card selection was better. I always select to get an envelope added but that has never arrived.

Good product and service
For the first time in years had to use customer service, and they were really efficient and helpful.
FP have long been my go to. Yes they’re more expensive than a high street card, but that’s my price of convenience.

Sometimes works well
I filled in an 50th anniversary card for my husband with lots of photos but couldn’t get beyond adding a gift card screen (which I didn’t want to do!) I was only trying to buy two cards for the discount so I saved the card but it disappeared. I don’t understand why I have to go through all the gift and gift card screens to get to the checkout. The card I did manage to send I’m happy with.
I have received an apology from Funky Pigeon and will use them again as I do like their cards.

There is a good choice of cards and I like the way you can personalise them with photos, names and you can choose the size. Also you can add a gift. When I have ordered cards before they have always arrived on time. Will be using Funky Pigeon again.

I didn't want to add any of the gifts…
I didn't want to add any of the gifts that are pushed at the checkout and when I clicked on the button to say I didn't want a gift it opened a box with gift cards to add and there was no button to proceed to the checkout. Ended up having to add a gift to get to the checkout page and then deleted the gift at the checkout stage. Very frustrating and puts me off using this company again! Card not arrived but only ordered yesterday but hopefully that will ok.

Great experience on seeing and making my card come to real life. Special occasion this one and totally thrilled with end product. Few problems adding the photo to the key ring but got there to complete. Very happy. Just hope it gets delivered on time
