Super easy to rent and return. Great trailers, easy to use. Difficult to see if I could legally tow the trailer with my certificate or not (in advance of picking up/renting)

Intuitive to use even for beginners
Pleasantly surprised by how intuitive the whole process was. The video tutorial helped a ton (although it was too small or can't be put into full screen).

Easy to use app and fast and cheap solution to rent a trailer. But when a trailer is damaged on pickup it is a little confusing what you are supposed to do
