Ordered over 2 months ago and nothing.
I showed in the system as delivered on 25th Sep but nothing.
Sent a couple of emails and no answer at all.
It's a COMPLETE SCAM! DON'T ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM.

Absolutely awful company to deal with. Ordered on 9th July and was told it would be beginning of August for delivery. On 10th August the tracking showed the order in China but on the 11th it said it had been delivered. After a lot of communication with there so called customer service they agreed on the 8th September the parcel had been lost. They then offered to resend the parcel but they did not. When I asked for new tracking details I was blocked. Recontact them and now they keep sending the same stock response of please prove the parcel was not reieved. I have now asked for refund but they are just ignoring the request. Do yourselves a favor and dony use.

I ordered from them over a month ago and still waiting this company is totally conmen and META allow them to still use thete site never use them

Scammers , i’m kindly requesting anyone who read this to never order from them as they blocked me from emailing them , they cheated on me , there were no goods to deliver, waited two months for nothing , they claim the shipment delivered but i received nth , i requested a refund took them another month and once they got mad of my continuous claimants they blocked me!

I placed an order on July 3rd. it took nearly a month for the sipping and tracking to update. then it said the items were delivered to me at 3:50 am and signed for. I never received the goods. i contacted them and then like a week later they said they would reship my items. It took another month and today the tracking said the items were delivered at 5:30 AM and signed for. I still didn't receive the items. they have my correct address. at this point, I'm going to file for a refund with my credit card company and write a letter to the Better business bureau about this fraudulent company.

Very Rude Staff & Manager especially the elderly lady who was putting items on shelves. I spent over £500 as I had to travel next day and had no choice however will avoid in future.
The staff have no respect for customers and do not value your custom. The manager was equally rude and not bothered about customer service. In fact their staff are bad for their business.

I had a problem with an outwell tent, one of the air beams failed leaving a 1 metre long hole in the fabric. Contacted Fox's and Andy sorted it out with Outwell who wanted to quibble about a replacement tent.
This was not a Fox's problem but a manufacturing fault with Outwell.
Andy negotiated a replacement tent and even delivered it in person and took the old one away.
Cannot recommend highly enough. Will be using for all my camping equipment in the future even though they are an hour away.
Just goes to prove that there are good honest retailers still out there who value their customers.

I've been to Foxs Outdoor tent shows a few times over the last few years and the staff have always been happy to help and offer good advice without any pressure to buy. This year our son was old enough to justfy buying a big family Vango Taiga 600XL Air Beam tent which we ordered at the tent show. The first time we used the tent we found a couple of seams were coming apart. I spoke to Andy at Foxs who not only arranged to have the tent sent back to Vango and replaced he even offered to drive over and collect the tent from us and loaned us a tent to use at my daughters school camp out.

The customer service and after sales support from Foxsoutdoor is fantastic and by far the best I've experienced. Andy is outstanding, very knowledgable and friendly. I can't recommend Foxsoutdoor and Andy highly enough. I would be more than happy to have them as my first point of call for advice or purchasing camping gear.

And our new Vango Taiga 600XL Air Beam tent is a great. It's a fantastic family tent, loads of space and a really good price. So a big thumbs up for the tent and a bigger thank you to Andy and Foxoutdoor.

I bought a bag on the Internet from the company due to the competitive pricing. I then contacted them about an article from the same manufacturers that I had not bought from them, that had failed. They offered to try and get it repaired for me and made far more effort to sort things out than most companies would have done with a significant greater duty of care. When buying again I will look for them first.
I appreciated being able to speak to someone by phone as well as the con enjoy internet shopping.

Excellent price and service

Regularly use Fox's. They have a great range of well chosen products and EXCELLENT service. They recently replaced free of charge a strap on a backpack which we had bought for our son which had come off and which he had lost - no questions asked, no receipt needed. And as a bonus it is also worth supporting a well-run, local family business as well.

Just purchased twoThermarest Mondoking camping mats, when no one else had any in stock. Their price was very competitive and their service outstanding, both over the phone and then by email. Always giving me accurate information and updating me as we went along.
They use DPD, which on the delivery day gave me a one hour slot, excellent.
I really can't remember when I've received service as good as this.

Incredibly fast delivery, I was expecting to wait a few days but my purchase was with me within two days.
Customer service is second to none. I had a problem with one of my trek towels...It had a mark on it (looked like it was marked during manufacture). The lovely lady on the end of the phone was most apologetic and even searched out a replacement and made sure that it was not marked and returned it to me in double quick time. They even refunded my postage on my return. You cannot say fairer than that. I will definitely be using them again because on top of the great service, their prices are really good too by comparison.

I bought these items for my daughter's school camping trip. It was her first time camping and as she's very good at losing things, I didn't want to spend too much money but wanted something robust.
The spork, mug, bowl and plate I bought fitted the bill perfectly and the next day delivery was exactly that.
I would definitely recommend both the products and the service.

Arrived the day after I ordered it, the rucksack was great quality and has travelled all around europe and back and still looks new :)
