Poor Quality, Fair Response
I ordered a wooden block as a gift, but the quality was disappointing compared to other places I’ve ordered from before. The delivery was sent to a remote collection center, and the company wasn’t helpful in resolving the issue, so I eventually bought something else elsewhere instead.
After sharing my feedback, the owner personally reached out to apologize, explained his point of view, and offered a full refund. I appreciate his sincerity and willingness to make things right—it shows he genuinely cares about improving the customer experience.
