I am really upset, I have used Klikkie for a few years now. Customer service has been great up until now. I have been paying my subscription for over a year but not used it. Went to log on and my account has disappeared. I have been emailing for weeks with no resolution . I then asked for a contact number and now they have stopped replying altogether. Payments continue to be paid and still no access. I am now very disappointed after being a happy customer. Number on here does not work either.

Very nice company; my first package never arrived, but that happens. They fixed the issue by granting me another set free of charge. The Android application is also a bit buggy, so I opted to use the web app. There's a nice variety in their picture designs, and the quality is not bad for the price. Overall, I'm happy to have chosen them.
They literally robbed me out of nowhere , I hadn’t set up any kind of subscription but they still took money from me and when I wanted to refund it half of their website doesn’t work and there is no contact information, they scam their customers and don’t follow their illegitimate refund policy even though by law they need to have a refund policy that they follow

I love using this app! It’s easy to use, and useless screenshots are no longer an issue. Every month I’m excited for the black little envelope on the doorstep, and can’t wait to put the cute printed photos in my Klikkie album.
