The Photos are great. The delivery was poor, since they didn't even check whether anyone is at home and simply delivered it to the store that I needed to go and pick up it later on.

Absolutely delighted with my canvas print. Arrived well packaged and quickly. Love it.

The postage and packing is more than twice the price of the purchase and the real issue is that if you purchase multiple to the same location you are charged for each delivery so a 20x20x20cm package costs over €100 euro delivery. It's just a scam. Like a cheap airline ticket that charges 10 times for the seats. Very scammy. I suggest avoiding.

Perfect . Just what I needed thanks

Send a message on 9th of December; on which I still have no answer. Also placed the order on the 9th of December. It’s now 8 days later and my order seems to be still in process, no answers from the company whatsoever.

I received the canvas in time. The problem is that the work was not correct as ordered. I complained with the official form and sent some photos. After 6 days I received an answer asking for photoprrofs. I already sent them with my complaint. I sent the photos again (the edge design was wrong - I ordered stretched but got grey colour). So I sent them again and waited again. After another 5 days I received an answer on that asking for photo proofs. So I sent my clear photos the 3rd time. Now after another 5 days I still did not get any reply. This canvas was a St. Nicholas gift which is past now. I don´t know where this company is located. I think they read their Emails only once a week and maybe don´t understand them even I tried to complain before writing an experience report.

The finished product exceeded my expectation

The jigsaw was fine but the could have put it in a box with the image on it of what the jigsaw is .
That way the person getting it knows what it is and has a reference to build it.

I asked for this order to be shipped to spain and I would pay any associated costs. I did receive a reply but UPS had the order they said you locked the order so they couldn't send to alternative address. Very unprofessional service. You are based in Germany with a UK customer service line and I was then told you had it all sorted.
