Bought a FOSCAM FI9803P V2 in 2017 for outdoor survey.
To use the cloud service again I need to upgrade the firmware. After appr. 4 weeks and 20 mails with the customer "service" they told me the camera is "to old" for firmware upgrade.
Unbelievable scandal for me - camera is electronic garbage and was wasted money.

I buy from |Novatron sa,at Greece,one expensive camera,the foscam 9828p,for external use..Near to the second year of quaranty,i had problem with the ir led.Was all the time as night.I send the camera,ok,they fix it.BUT,before one month(3 years and half after buy)my camera stop working.Novatron stopped bring foscam .Now we have foscam.gr,at Greece.I call them,no sir its out of quaranty,we cant do anything.I send to support China,AND THEY ANSWER TO ME THAT THY CANT DO NOTHING!!!!! IF YOU WANT BUY ANOTHER,with better price..,,Me again said:please i want to fix the camera,not to buy a new one,they answer me,NO WE CANT!!!!So,NO WHERE IN THE WORLD ,a serious company sales products and they havent after sale service...they only now to ask money for the cloud,which i paid every month!!!!
