I ordered on Tuesday to be delivered on Friday, came on time, perfectly packed, the smoked salmon with in ice pack yo keep it fresh, salmon caviar were brilliant, great florentine and selection of tea to impress.. an excellent service.. almost at Ocado’s prices.. am hooked

Goods arrived damaged due to mishandling by the courier. I called F&M and spoke to a very helpful lady, sent her photos and the goods were replaced within 48 hours! Excellent service!!!

Delayed and broken
The item we purchased arrived much later than expected after multiple shipping delays, was very poorly packaged, and was broken. In order to receive a replacement, I was required to ship back the broken item. This was frustrating and seemed unnecessary, especially since this is international shipping.
