I bought two of the this new flavour…
I bought two of the this new flavour for my daughter and I to try. We thought it would be a nice summer flavour. It really is a lovely change from the usual berry type flavours. Would definitely purchase again. The only reason I haven’t given a five star was because I felt the packaging it was delivered in was, whilst lovely looking, rather over the top for what was contained inside.

Personal note card not enclosed , they had no idea who sent the gifts…
I sent two hamper gift baskets in the last two weeks and both gifts arrived without the gift card enclosed. You offer a place to write a note but fail to enclose. Both parties had no idea who they were from. Once you notified me they had been delivered I waited for a phone call from my friends but I did not hear from anyone so I had to call them which was awkward.

Fortnum’s is often top quality
I love Fortnum’s. Mostly, but not absolutely always, fantastic quality. many very helpful members of staff. However, there is a worrying trend to employ ‘yoof’. I don’t expect shop staff to say “do you want a bag?“, Nor to saunter to a checkout point, nor to engage in chit chat between themselves.
