Purchased a hamper for my fathers 91st…
Purchased a hamper for my fathers 91st birthday(from Australia)and the hamper was delivered to wrong address, and being left out all day in the UK current heatwave, my sister went through it and the Pate and Cheese were discarded. I did contact F&M and just mentioned what had happened, and items were replaced and forwarded on next day delivery. Very helpfull and impressed with your customer service, thank you very much, and will be using you again for future gifts.
