Great Gifts but Leave Extra Time
Love ordering the Fortnum and mason baskets as gifts for family in the states! They love it, it has an air of elegant quality. However the shipping wasn’t as quick as it usually is and the delivery date was pushed back twice.

Unfortunately the item arrived damaged and was unable to gift as planned.
The packaging seemed enough and the actual items was beautifully packed which was a real shame. Would collect in store next time.

Delivery Service
The service provided by Fortnum and Madon was excellent with frequent updates on the status of my order. The service provided by the courier, DPD, however, was not good at all. Did not deliver on the day they were supposed to and said they had left a card, which they hadn't. I suggest you look at using an alternative courier in future.

Packaging disappointing
Unfortunately I have discovered that you have downgraded the packaging. I choose Fortnum's when sending gifts to people because it's such a treat to receive beautiful packaging as well as the gift inside. It's a treat. A luxury. I understand your commitment to the environment but there should still be a place for luxury. I will have to rethink my new 'go to' retailer!
