Very poor experience on multiple occasions…

Very poor experience again and on multiple prior occasions. How can you send Havaianas 35/36 when the order clearly states 37/38! Unfortunately this was on the eve of our holiday, which amplifies the bad experience. The packer obviously couldn't care less and Footlocker wanted to make the sale. Well here is one more customer to vote with his feet, never shopping there again!

It was the regulation!!

Ordered trainers for my grandson's birthday after the size was not available in store in what, I thought, was plenty of time. However after 5 working days had passed tried to track them. It was evident from the courier they were delaying delivery until the next working day and that was 5 days ago!! Spoke to someone on the chat line who kept repeating himself that he could not do anything for another few days. It was the regulation!! I asked if they could reserve another pair so that once they realised I was not going to get the original they could send them out. No - it was the regulation!! Have now made a formal complaint to an email address. I don't expect a response any time soon. Will I be using Footlocker again? NO!!!!

I ordered some shoes 10 days ago

I ordered some shoes 10 days ago. They are no where near being delivered. They apparently "tried twice". I was home both times, there were no deliveries. I was told by dhl "contact footlocker while we try to find them". Footlocker told me to ask dhl. I am going in circles. I go on holiday tomorrow - the shoes were for holiday. I now won't be here to collect "If they do deliver and i don't collect then they will automatically return and I will get a refund within 5 working days. - And if they have lost them - BUT ONLY IF THEY DO CONFIRM THIS - which will take 5 to 10 days (i already waited 10 days) then I get a refund - IF dhl confirm lost parcel - if they don't then I wait 30 days. So I am expected to be £80 lighter. With no end to this in sight right now and no product to show for it.

Do not shop at Foot Locker

I placed an order for a Father's Day gift and when I received my order I was disappointed. They sent a damaged box, not bent but cardboard torn off the opening of the box. Someone actually packed this and sent it to a customer! I called customer service and spoke with a manager overseas whom offered no resolution at all! But to return it to a store and it will be the store manager's discretion as to the next step. REALLY! It is a week before Father's day! Do not patronize this business. They don't care about their customers. AT ALL

Horrible experience shopping online

Horrible experience shopping online. I have been waiting 7 weeks for a pair of shoes and keep getting misleading responses from customer service. I have been advised I need to wait 2 weeks for an update 3 sseperate times and never get one. Customer service has been absolutely brutal. I've had to file a dispute with my credit card due to their inability to fulfill my order.

I had a very negative experience with Foot Locker. The item was ordered and paid for, but it was never delivered. I have still not received a refund, and nobody has made any real effort to resolve the issue. Customer service was extremely unhelpful and lacked competence throughout the process. I am very disappointed with the way this situation has been handled and would not recommend Foot Locker to anyone.

Treated Myself on my Birthday. Shoes lost, stolen, delayed, never actually shipped? WHO KNOWS?!

I bought myself some sneakers for my birthday, on my birthday. Shipment got "handed over to Fedex" 2 days later and then never updated again.
It took 3 weeks for Foot Locker to allow me to escalate this lost or stolen shipment. Their customer service is truly so insanely far ahead of the pack when it comes to embodying Septic Dumpster Seepage. The slowest, worst, answers ever. No confirmations, no emails, the smallest thing takes multiple hours to even POTENTIALLY process.

And I still don't know if it actually went through!

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE experience

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE experience. I wish I read these reviews beforehand to see that this company is a complete scam. I ordered shoes 2 weeks ago. Supposed to receive my order in 5-7 business days. Never picked up by FedEx. My order has been waiting in Hayward for 2 weeks. I’ve tried calling and messaging a million times. Finally got through to someone. They told me they had to call the store but since the store didn’t answer, they won’t know if they can refund me for ANOTHER 3 days. Oh and I have to call back to make sure my refund would be approved bc there is a chance it wouldn’t?? And they said they won’t call me back after they hear from the store. Horrible experience with customer service.

am extremely dissatisfied with the…

am extremely dissatisfied with the appalling service I have received regarding what should have been a simple exchange.
After receiving an email clearly stating that I could take the trainers into your Livingston store and that the staff would sort the issue, I made a 30-minute journey specifically to resolve this matter. On arrival, I was then told that the store could not help me and that I would have to send the trainers back via DHL instead.
This is completely unacceptable. Your email provided inaccurate and misleading information, resulting in a wasted journey, wasted time, and unnecessary expense. Had I been informed correctly from the outset, I would never have travelled to the store.
To make matters worse, all I wanted was a straightforward exchange for the next size up, as the trainers are now too small for my child. Instead of resolving the issue immediately in-store, I have been forced into a lengthy return process, leaving my child without school trainers in the meantime. This situation could and should have been dealt with on the spot.
The lack of communication and consistency between your customer service team and your store staff is unacceptable. Customers should not be expected to waste their time because your company cannot provide accurate information or honour the instructions given in its own emails.
I expect a full explanation as to why I was advised to visit the store when the store was unable or unwilling to assist, and what steps you intend to take to resolve this matter. At the very least, I believe an apology is warranted for the inconvenience, wasted journey, and the unnecessary disruption caused to my family.
This experience has been extremely frustrating and has left me with very little confidence in your customer service.

Very disappointed with Foot Locker Bristol City Centre (Shop ID 3104218)

I visited the store on 30 May 2026 looking for advice on the best shoes for my needs. I explained what I was looking for and relied on the recommendation of the store manager, who I believe was named Olivia. Based on her advice, I purchased the Nike Pegasus Premium Air/Zoom for £189 and was assured they were the best option for my intended use.

Unfortunately, after wearing them for a short walk the following day, I experienced severe pain around my ankles in fewer than 1,000 steps. The discomfort was so bad that I had to remove the shoes and walk home barefoot. Since then, I have been unable to wear them again.

On 7 June 2026, I returned to the store hoping to exchange them for the Clifton 10, which was the pair I had originally considered before being advised to buy the Nike Pegasus Premium. My request was refused because the shoes had been worn, despite there being no visible damage and only minimal use.

What made the situation worse was the attitude of some staff members. I felt uncomfortable due to whispering and behaviour that made me feel judged and as though my concerns were not being taken seriously.

I understand that stores have return policies, but when customers seek and follow professional advice for an expensive purchase, there should be some consideration when that advice results in a product that is clearly unsuitable. I am now left with a £189 pair of shoes that I cannot wear and no willingness from the store to help resolve the issue.

Overall, this experience has seriously damaged my trust in Foot Locker. I left feeling disappointed, out of pocket, and unsupported as a customer. I would not recommend this store based on my experience.

Bought from here as they are the only place who had my size in what I wanted.

The processing and shipping times are absolutely shocking. Other companies have it sent out same day, these take 3+ days to even dispatch then use a terrible courier which takes even longer. Beyond a joke.

Parcel Marked as Delivered but Never Received

I am disappointed with my experience ordering from Foot Locker.

My order was marked as delivered, but I never received the parcel. After contacting both DHL and Foot Locker, I received conflicting information and had to spend considerable time following up on the issue before being informed that the parcel had been lost.

While the matter was eventually resolved, the process took much longer than expected and caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience. Based on my experience, Foot Locker should seriously consider reviewing its delivery partners to help prevent similar situations for other customers.

As someone who shops online regularly, this is the first time I have experienced an issue like this. Unfortunately, this has affected my confidence in ordering from Foot Locker again.

“I had a terrible experience with Foot Locker’s customer service. I called them and spent over an hour on the phone as they promised to help me with my reward points. They said they would create a ticket and get back to me, but after that, they went completely silent. No updates, no follow-up—just ignored me. I’m extremely disappointed and won’t be shopping with them again.”
