Very poor customer service
Very poor customer service, in store never have a problem always fantastic, online is shocking. They genuinely do not care.
Have lost 2 separate orders, no one to speak to, up to 24-48 hours to reply to one message, takes a week to sort anything out and to even get your money back processed, another 14 days to get it back.
Terrible and speak to you like your an idiot…
