Shoes took to long to come when…
Shoes took to long to come when ordering even though they had a pair in store!
They opened the parcel to see if the shoes were correct even though I hadn’t left the shop, they don’t check that to make sure you have the right pair before you leave the store.

Poor customer experience
Very poor delivery i was told would be next day item never came till well over a week later than the day I thought it would arrive (or was told) It was also my first order and the customer services person that served me never told me that I could have got a extra 10% off sale items if I signed up! I found out this later by another member of staff what was very annoying and would have saved me quite a bit of money!

Great company but need clearer descriptions
Great service, genuine product, quick delivery. The only difficulty is my son thinks i may have ordered him women’s trainers, its not clear on the description, so he’s not wearing them much but too late to send back as he has worn them.

I do completely understand where you son is coming from as there is no gender listed on our the product description. If you take a look at our mens footwear category https://www.footasylum.com/mens/mens-footwear/ they are listed there so they are mens trainers.
Hopefully he starts wearing them a bit more as they are fresh trainers.
