It's shit

I ordered 5 books only got 1 and the quality was so bad and the other books automatically got cancelled and they refund it. I didn't cancelled the order like this has happened 2 times now I just need my books 😭

I purchased one item.. And after 11 days later they will inform me we can't deliver that.. We are already return that.. Totally worst experience.. Nd they they didn't refund the full amount also.. I never choose flipcart anymore.. Bcz it is the worst app i have ever use💯

Very disappointed with Flipkart

Very disappointed with Flipkart. My order was cancelled without my permission and without any valid explanation.

Customers should not have to face such inconvenience after placing an order. Requesting Flipkart to look into this issue and provide a proper resolution.

Flipkart travel booking is a scam

Flipkart travel booking is a scam. Dont use it, i lost my money in flipkart travel bookings.. The booking was cancelled by flipkark travel agencie on april 22 its now june 21 still didnt get the cancellation refund, if i asked to the coustomer care the repeating same thing for 2months ul get ur cash by 8 to 10 working days... The flipkart is getting a cheating app nowadays dont use the app guy's e😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Pathetic service by Flipkart on Nike shoes Return pick up

I had ordered for Nike shoes from Flipkart and it was delivered on 1st June 2026, I did not like the shoes and this have requested for the shoes to be returned. It has been 20 days now that the return pickup is not completed. I have called flipkart so many times , they are only moving the pickup dates. It is extremely frustrating and pathetic service provided by Flipkart.

You will never get a product on a…

You will never get a product on a committed date, Initially they ask apology and insist us to cancell the order with a refund or replacement, I opt for a replacement- we can see from system- product recached to delivery partner days back and pending for delivery- but Flip cart never share contact of the delivery partner -Still waiting to receive the order with no clue when it will be- and this status is after 15 days of the initial committed date of delivery.

Flipkart now came unbeatable, customer support person are speak like uneducated. Flipkart foolish Indian market

Installation was promised within 2 days of delivery. More than 9 days have passed, and no technician has visited. I have repeatedly contacted Flipkart and Jeeves support, but no resolution or confirmed installation date has been provided.

The product remains unusable despite full payment. This constitutes a clear deficiency in service and failure to fulfill the commitments made at the time of purchase.

If installation is not completed within the next 24 hours, I will proceed with a complaint to the National Consumer Helpline and the Consumer Commission, seeking refund, compensation, and action for deficiency in service.

One of the most pathetic Customer Care

One of the most pathetic and unprofessional customer support. They can't solve any problem. Someone shared an otp with them, they gave away my product to someone else and no one is taking responsibility.
My product was with my nearest delivery hub since almost a week. Instead of delivering it to me, the delivery partner deliver it to someone else causing me an loss of 2000 rupees but the Flipkart executive said plain and simple that they can't do anything about it.

"I recently placed an order but had to cancel it once because I didn't have the cash on hand at that moment. Due to this single cancellation, the delivery partner has permanently blocked the Cash on Delivery (COD) option for my phone number. This is extremely poor customer service from Flipkart."

Horrible delivery service by Flipkart

Horrible delivery service by Flipkart. I ordered one BLDC fan on 02 Jun 26. They promised to deliver the product by 08 Jun. product have reached at final delivery location on 07 Jun but till date I.e. 16 Jun 26 the product have not delivered. Every time you enquired the product the prerecorded message will be given by chat boats. They don’t have any customer care number.

I placed an order that was scheduled…

I placed an order that was scheduled for delivery on 10 June, but it still hasn’t arrived. The delivery has been repeatedly rescheduled without explanation, and Flipkart’s customer service has been unhelpful. I have called three times and filed a complaint, but I have not received any response or resolution. This experience has been very disappointing.
Please have a Flipkart representative call me as soon as possible to resolve this matter.

Its quite an ACHIEVEMENT for Flipkart…

Its quite an ACHIEVEMENT for Flipkart that even after providing such pathetic delivery of products and customer care their business is still RUNNING.
I am shocked what their CEO and top management is doing(probably having fun)
I have ordered a laptop worth 1 lac and they supposed to deliver it on the 10th June but due to their "LOGISTIC" problem unable to deliver on that day and promised to deliver on the 13th June which is Today but guess what its Flipkart service how can they not disappoint you, they again saying that it will be delivered now in 48 hrs.
And its ME who is taking follow ups as a customer they dont have any responsibility to tell the customer what is happening with the delivery.
Now i have deleted this "Self centered" app and have only AMAZON app installed at least they have basic courtesy on how to respond to a complaint.
