Okay experience

I had ordered a mouse and a earbud and had payed extra money as I was expecting the delivery by the next day but now they are telling me that it will be delivered in two days this not fare thing. I will not order anything from next onwards

Flipkart delivery system is very bad. They want to deliver at 11PM, which is not at all safe for customer. Worst delivery system.

Dear @Flipkart ,I’m reaching out to you for some urgent help.

I bought a Washing Machine (Order #OD3293635318XXXXXXX) and made sure to get the 3-Year Jeeves Complete Protection Plan (Policy: PCPFLKOV-23EIKKQG4VN41D1PPO-XXXXXXX). It developed an issue at the end of May, so I raised Claim ID: CLAFLK3260288834XXXX.

Since then, we’ve had two technician visits but no repair. Instead, we keep getting a series of automated WhatsApp updates promising visits (on June 1st, 4th, 7th, 9th, 16th, 20th, and 23rd), but nobody actually shows up or calls.

It has now been over a month, and my elderly parents, who have health issues, are really struggling to manage without a working washing machine. I've tried calling customer care and even emailed the Nodal Officer, but haven't heard back yet.
Could someone from your escalation desk please step in to arrange a quick replacement or refund so my parents don't have to worry about this stuck repair?

I wanna share my true experience everyone used to share their opinion when they gets disappointed but I truly want to share about their customer support right now because I ordered two items only one gets delivered but I paid for two, within 24 hours they paid but in Amazon I lost 720 and one package didn’t get delivered at all so I think from right now I would only prefer Flipkart

The service has been bad. I have been ordering items for the last 3 weeks and they keep cancelling my orders claiming they attempted deliveries yet not a single delivery agent called me.
Its annoying that they have to lie about it and then when you call customer care they just say order again and repeat the same nonsense

I ordered 5 books only got 1 and the quality was so bad and the other books automatically got cancelled and they refund it. I didn't cancelled the order like this has happened 2 times now I just need my books 😭

I purchased one item.. And after 11 days later they will inform me we can't deliver that.. We are already return that.. Totally worst experience.. Nd they they didn't refund the full amount also.. I never choose flipcart anymore.. Bcz it is the worst app i have ever use💯

Flipkart travel booking is a scam. Dont use it, i lost my money in flipkart travel bookings.. The booking was cancelled by flipkark travel agencie on april 22 its now june 21 still didnt get the cancellation refund, if i asked to the coustomer care the repeating same thing for 2months ul get ur cash by 8 to 10 working days... The flipkart is getting a cheating app nowadays dont use the app guy's e😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

No option to give 0 star, they have taken my money and didn't delivered my items. They sucks and worst experience. Never again I use their services. And request everyone to avoid flipkart

I had ordered for Nike shoes from Flipkart and it was delivered on 1st June 2026, I did not like the shoes and this have requested for the shoes to be returned. It has been 20 days now that the return pickup is not completed. I have called flipkart so many times , they are only moving the pickup dates. It is extremely frustrating and pathetic service provided by Flipkart.

You will never get a product on a committed date, Initially they ask apology and insist us to cancell the order with a refund or replacement, I opt for a replacement- we can see from system- product recached to delivery partner days back and pending for delivery- but Flip cart never share contact of the delivery partner -Still waiting to receive the order with no clue when it will be- and this status is after 15 days of the initial committed date of delivery.
