Poor service and poor customer support…

Poor service and poor customer support and there 3rd party vendors are poor too, worst flipkart. Never trust them. They delivered defective fridge ...but haven't schedule to return the product yet and keep on rescheduling every day with no reason.they just harassing the customer... Do not buy any electrics product from flipkart.... They and their vendors just cheated customer

Do not buy any electrics product from Flipkart...they just harassing customers...send defect Product...customer service representative are unsupportive, cooperative and mis leading customers. Customer harassment by the sellers are been encouraged by them, instead of providing proper service they try to negotiate customers with compensation for damaged and believe everyone will accept compensation and accept defective product

Cheat the customers most of time

Cheat the customers most of time
Send good quality once and then send low and cheap and damaged product to customer and creat issue to resolved the problems or denied to replacement.

I have faced lots of issue after their gold plus customer list.
Now flipkart lost the customer trust after behaving this type of treatment and cheat with me.

I had purchased television beofre 3…

I had purchased television beofre 3 months back and unit is having technical issues.I have taking regular follow ups with Flipkart as well as brand but no one taking this issues seriously for resolution .Now Flipkart alsonot taking responsibility after sales .....NOw Question is if we are trusting of Flipkart to get geniun product then Fipkart should suppport us after sales.Now since last 20 days I am awaited for Flipkart suppport .

Title: Worst delivery experience in 10 years of using Flipkart - Order ID: OD337769955006704100*

I ordered a refrigerator on 7th June 2025 with express delivery. Flipkart confirmed delivery by 11 PM on 8th June 2026.

Nobody called or updated me the entire day. I contacted customer service multiple times and was repeatedly given false hope that the delivery would happen.

On 9th June, Flipkart suddenly says the product is "undeliverable" due to a delivery partner issue and a "pincode issue". I’ve been ordering from Flipkart for 10+ years to the same pincode without a single issue. If there was actually a pincode problem, why confirm the order and delivery date in the first place?

The worst part: now they’re saying cancellation charges will be charged to me. So I have to bear the loss because of Flipkart’s and their delivery partner’s failure. They wasted my time, money, and left me without a refrigerator when I urgently needed one.

If this isn’t resolved immediately with a full refund and no cancellation charges, I will take this matter to all consumer platforms and pursue legal action.

Extremely disappointed. 0/5 stars.

My order is as per flipkart showing jacket and receive same jacket. But this is not my body fit and fabric also,that's why refund my money. All process is done, got a cell receive couear parson and hand over tha product, but couear parson says this is wrong product don't match brand name.

I have purchased Godrej AC on flipkart in an exchange offer my existing AC they have taken during the delivery of new AC
But for installation they keep on changing the schedules no body gives exact date
If Flipkart never keeps upto their schedule then why they put while buying installation date

Worst service , fraud , under 10 days return policy ( no refund)

Worst service , torture for customer , I ordered a laptop dable of good quality but delivered a defective and different table as shown on display when I ordered, when delivered I apply for instant return option.
Flipkart assign a pickup for my order , but last 10 days daily recieve message of pickup today in morning and in evening pick didn't done today .i feel cheated from Flipkart and didn't ordered any product from Flipkart in my life,

Flipkart is doing the worst customer service, customer service representative is lying about the wrong address printed on the product. Please don't buy anything from Flipkart. Unwantedly they have added a wrong name on the address and representative is keep on lying that they have sent it to the correct address. Worst shopping experience.

Eye opener of Flipkart.

On A Flipkart Minutes order placed on 05 June 2026, Mallika Mango were ordered along with some other grocery items. In the Carton delivered Mangoes were entirely Different species.

Visual inspection would itself confirm that the mangoes are not Mallika mangoes due to their distinct shape and smell the mango has.

Upon contacting CSR within minutes of order delivery (via chat and call) and even after chatting with their supervisor I was informed that since the Labelled product details on carton matches the item in the box; "MANGOES", Irrespective of which mango type is in the box ; it would not qualify for Return / cancellation although all images of the product were provided as evidence.

When the order contains multiple items, it’s not feasible to open and check each item @ the time of delivery, this is probably one of the drawbacks of Open Box Delivery.

This incident with Flipkart was in fact an Eye opener and that too after so many years of doing business with the company in question.

Hence wanted to share this experience to whomsoever checking for reviews of this specific E-commerce web site/company.

wrong product then bad customer support.

Ordered a Godrej Wi-Fi AC from Flipkart on 2 May 2026. The invoice clearly mentions a Wi-Fi model, but during installation I discovered the AC did not have Wi-Fi functionality. I reported the issue on 14 May and was repeatedly assured that it would be resolved. Multiple return/replacement requests were raised and later rejected. One rejection even stated that I had requested cancellation, which I did not. After weeks of following support instructions, I still have no resolution. I have invoices, support chats, SMS records and complaint records documenting the issue. Based on this experience, I no longer feel comfortable purchasing expensive appliances from Flipkart.

Very disappointing experience with…

Very disappointing experience with Flipkart. I placed an order (Order ID: OD437692524837742100), but it has still not been delivered. Every time I contact customer support, I receive the same response: "It will be delivered today" or "tomorrow." However, the promised delivery date keeps getting pushed back with no clear update or resolution.

The lack of transparency and inaccurate information from customer service has been extremely frustrating. If there is a delay, customers deserve honest communication rather than repeated assurances that are not fulfilled.

I expected much better service from a company of this size. Hopefully, Flipkart improves its delivery management and customer support processes.

Extremely disappointed with my recent…

Extremely disappointed with my recent replacement experience with #Flipkart.
I ordered a new mobile phone under the exchange program and the delivery executive informed me that my old device would pass the security/compliance check only if I paid an additional ₹500 in cash as bribe. Since I refused,he failed all security check and again was asking for rs 800 to deliever our product. we totally refused, we told him just fail it and #Flipkart will deduct money and show deducted rate but the delievery executive cancelled my order.

I then placed another order and honestly disclosed every issue and defect in my old device during the exchange process. Despite this, the delivery has again been delayed and the executive told he is coming in 10 min and now he switced off his mobile number and not responding or attempting delivery.

I had reached to customer support also but very shit experience i have with them. its look like some chat bot talking and its asking for reordering again.

How many times should i place the same order ? Does we should keep ordering in loop and they delievery exceutive will beahve like this?No action taken for them.

i used to have great experience with flikart when i used to stay in guargon. But what about Ranchi ? Do they have any uncorrupted delievery agent who can delievered our product without Bribe?? I can not eargerly place order everytime and go with same experience again and again ? or Should i go now on #Amazon ?

As a customer, I expect a fair and transparent exchange process. If a device does not meet the criteria, it should be rejected based on policy—not on unofficial cash demands.

I request Flipkart to investigate this matter, review the conduct of the delivery personnel involved, and ensure that customers are treated fairly.
