For whatever reason they couldn’t match the prices that I was able to find on the Internet. It was worth asking them to quote me for flights but in my humble opinion, you’re better off using Skyscanner or Trip.com

I was invited to give my honest review in the email that they sent me with the quotes for flights that were more expensive than the ones I could buy online

I'm quite fussy about which airline I fly with, transfer times and departure times. Caroline always accomodates my requests with kindness and in a timely manner. Whether it's family travel or solo travel, I always prefer to use Flight Centre and to speak to Caroline, because I know everything is covered. We're probably looking at over 10 years of working together!

Absolute pleasure to deal with Mel, always helpful and goes that extra mile to deal with all our travel issues. Would never go anywhere else to source our holiday adventures.

All the staff were really helpful and friendly with a good sense of humour too. Our hotels were first class. Luckily we had no problems on our trip but feel confident they would have given any help we needed.
Would definitely recommend them and will use them again ourselves.

From the moment I booked my holiday, Katelyn has been absolutely amazing. She has been so kind, patient, and supportive throughout the entire process, making what could have been a stressful experience feel effortless. No question was ever too much, and she always took the time to explain everything clearly and make sure I felt confident and well prepared.

I also want to say a big thank you to Kiri for stepping in when needed. He was just as friendly, helpful, and reassuring, making sure everything continued to run smoothly. It was so comforting to know I was in such capable hands.

We recently booked our holiday to Spain through the Flight Centre Richmond branch, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish.

A special thank you to Kimberly Humphreys, who went above and beyond to make everything so easy for us. She was incredibly helpful, patient, calm, and always approachable. No question was ever too much trouble, and she resolved every query or concern quickly and professionally.

Kimberly made the whole booking process completely stress-free, and her excellent customer service gave us great confidence throughout our trip planning. It’s rare to come across someone so dedicated and genuinely caring.

I can’t praise or thank Kimberly enough for everything she did. She is a real credit to Flight Centre, and I wouldn’t hesitate to book with her again. Highly recommended!

The speed of the reply

Rachael and staff are very efficient and there is always someone available. Always willing to check different options and the prices are very competitive.
I would sooner pay a bit more to always have someone available and at the end of the phone if needed.
Everything worked and I had a great trip.

I always book my own holidays online to try and get the best deals.
I went to the flight centre as I wanted to book a two location holiday with activities and found it too complicated doing it myself.
Chey-Ann greeted us and then listened to what we were looking for. She was amazing we got everything we wanted and more and were pleasantly surprised how reasonable the cost was.
I don’t think I could of found and booked my holiday without chey-Ann’s expertise
I would recommend using flight centre if you want a holiday without all the hassle of scrolling for hours online.

Joe was excellent from start to finish. Sent updates when required, happily amended things when we needed. He sorted flights, private transfers, internal flights and tours. Excellent service and to top it the price was far more competitive than other agencies we tried.
