Elliot organised my flight to Dubai, super efficient and personable. I will go back for future flights.

First of all, the phone call - on a Saturday morning - was answered straight away! Caroline answered, and was absolutely on the ball and understood exactly what I was trying to achieve with my trip. She was able to research what might be possible while on the call, made suggestions and discussed the pros and cons of different scenarios. Suffice to say she came up with a most satisfactory solution and we made the booking. I most certainly recommend Caroline and her team at Flight Centre St Albans and will use them again.

Harriet and Greg ,helped us, and sorted things out when no one else would .Nothing was too much trouble and they showed great empathy for my situation no matter how many ridiculous questions I asked .Superb professionals.Would highly recommend .

I have asked Caroline for lots of quotes over the last month, have had to swap dates and ask questions due to my son having additional needs. Caroline has aways been supportive, patient, excellent at communicating and understanding. As a parent of a child with additional needs I feel she has our best interests at heart.

As soon as I was at the entrance, someone called me in with a smile. I got seen by Mel, who has the most wonderful attitude. She listened to what I needed and sorted it out in no time within my budget and at an affordable price, despite of the dates I wanted for my flights which were only two weeks ahead. The information she provided was very clear and the after care excellent.

Every detail I requested in my initial contact - four flights, two taxis and a nominated hotel were all sorted out within hours.
Nichole even chose isle seats on my behalf!

Andrew has been phenomenal from the momenf I got in touch. Has has tailor made the whole itinerary and adapted to tick off bucket list countries. I still can't believe what I have coming up. He has worked within limitations and applied own travel knowledge to book not just flights but accommodation, excursions and even to the point of transfers. 110% recommend Andrew and Flight Centre. Having a travel agent to arrange a last minute and complicated trip for a funeral made all the difference at a difficult time, as well as a person to help navigate a visa issue

Once again I received excellent service from Flight Centre and special mention to the Travel Consultant Kim G. I felt genuinely listened to, and all my requests were satisfied. The timings are perfect for public transport outbound and inbound and it’s a favourite airline plus the price was right! Definitely will use again.

Shell was great! She listened to my needs for a complicated USA event tour including one very small out of the way location, and managed to end up with a sensible itinerary at a reasonable price. No hesitation at giving a 5* review.

Time to return to the Flight Centre in Chelmsford to book my flights to Fort Myers, Florida. As last time, Abigail Mayes looked after me. She is a credit to Flight Centre, friendly, polite and knowledgeable.
