Great customer service by Judy
The representative, Judy, responded promptly to my questions about call history on my FitFall watch. She gave a clear description of the solution and managed to be courteous and friendly while doing so.
Regarding other features, I feel safer having the fall alert function and am enjoying the many features to monitor my health. I spent far less money than a friend using a different brand. Very happy with my purchase & Judy on customer service.
Great Watch
GT5 Pro Max lets you calibrate blood pressure readings with real values—very useful for ongoing health tracking.
Not responding to my request to do a return
I bought the Fitvii in late March. When the BP readings were not even close I wrote to them. They offered a calibration solution. I did not want to that and I decided I just didn’t want to keep the watch. I told them that and they said that if I gave them the order number, they would guide me through return process. Over the past several weeks I’ve asked for the return process to be sent to me and I’m getting crickets. Hylan Hubbard

Terrible Watch
Further to my review below , I received a refund on the 25th April and follow up from Customer Service.
Following on from my previous review, (Pity you can’t give zero rating) although the company said they would give a full refund or upgrade to the newest model (see below) I have had no response within 24 hours although they responded to my “bad” review almost immediately. I did reply to them and accepted their offer of an upgrade to the Pro Max+. giving them the benefit of doubt that this would be more accurate. However, my GT5 Plus watch is now not charging (after one week) and totally unusable. I have photo and video evidence which I can share

Dear Customer,
Thank you for reaching out to us and sharing your concerns. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you have experienced with the GT5 Plus and the inaccurate health tracking data.
We understand that accurate health tracking is important, and we want to clarify that while the GT5 Plus is designed to provide useful insights, it is not a professional medical device. As with any consumer-grade health tracker, there may be some variation or margin of error in the readings, especially when comparing them to medical-grade equipment.
We are truly sorry that the performance of the watch did not meet your expectations. If the readings are significantly inaccurate and not meeting your needs, we would be happy to offer you a free upgrade to a more accurate model or provide a full refund. Customer satisfaction is our top priority, and we are committed to continuously improving our products and services.
Please do not hesitate to reach out to us and we will assist you further. Once again, we deeply apologize for the inconvenience caused, and we appreciate your understanding.
Best regards,
Fitvii Team

Do NOT buy for blood glucose monitoring!!
Although the watch has many good features (for the price), I purchased it for its claimed ability to monitor blood glucose levels, and the claims of FitVII.com are totally unjustifiable. I tracked the reported blood glucose levels reported by the watch via its app (DeepFit) and those reported by my Libre 2 CGM via its app (LibreLink) over several days. Taking a typical 24-hour period, there is almost no correlation between the results. The reported glucose levels were, in my opinion, misleading, because there were times when the watch reported higher glucose levels (e.g. by 5 mmol/l), other times when it reported lower levels (e.g. by over 3 mmol/l), and the watch failed to indicate more subtle trends; i.e. the watch readings appeared to oscillate between around 4 mmol/l to 10-11 mmol/l in very sudden steps.

I love my new GT Pro5 Max
I love my new GT Pro5 Max. I also love the metal bands that go along with it. I have tried numerous fitness watches, and this is by far my favorite. I did have some problems with setting it up, but Judy with customer service solved my problems. She answered quickly and was so helpful! Thank you, Judy and fitvii!

Avoid - do not trust!
If I could give zero stars I would.
Trying to resolve basic service issues with them was a two month long experience of denial, delays, and deflection. Nice cheap friendly words with ZERO follow up or action from them.
As for the watch, I have run calibrations and the blood glucose does not track the actual values. Do not trust.

Fitvii GT5 pro heart rate & ECG heart…
Fitvii GT5 pro heart rate & ECG heart rate are always 10-20 apart & rarely match my blood pressure machine (which is accurate), body temp 1/2 the time i apparently have hyperthermia. None of the features work while being physically active or sweating (sorry my 150bpm isn't 60), sleep misses awake times significantly, blood pressure is WAY off I wish I had the BP it says,Idk about HRV/blood oxygen, ECG is way off OFTEN & I'm lucky if it reads when I'm actually having an event.
DO NOT get a metal band it catches on every, 1 week in wires are sticking out, it's a magnetic clasp that moves & loosens with ANY activity even just going to the bathroom. My $25 watch tracked my sleep more accurately.
Absolutely not worth the money & I have NO CLUE how it got so many positive reviews unless no one's fact checking the info the watch gives.

Order Didn't Arrive
It took almost 4 months, an email thread of 33 and a Trustpilot review to finally get a refund for my missing order - but I got it. The post office sent it back to its orgin due to missing custom forms. I did not have a good customer service experience with Fitvii, whereby I requested a refund multiple times and was told I can pay for an upgrade for a new watch to be sent or they can send the same watch I ordered when it is back in stock in 3 months time. I ordered this as a gift so I am disappointed I never recieved the watch. I wouldn't recommend ordering internationally from Fitvii as it may not arrive and you'll spend months trying to get a refund.

Recently purchased a gps5plus watch…
Recently purchased a gps5plus watch with “DeepFit” app and it seems to work fine with a couple exceptions. The weather temp is incorrect and cannot be altered. Although the location is shown correct it’s off by 40 degrees F and shows sunny when it’s windy and pouring rain. Additionally the message notifications with email and texting does not work. Downloading, deleting, redownloading, nothing works. Fitvii does not respond
Fitvii have responded with no rectification. Still having weather and notification issues as stated above. Starting to think there are incompatibility issues with iPhone interface. GP5 plus can only be returned if I pay to have it shipped back to China and they agree to take it “if” they agree to its condition. It’s not worth it to me. Oh, and on the treadmill the other day with my heart rate registering 120 bpm after a 30 minute workout, the watch reported a bpm of 75.
How can this be so far off???

I purchased the GT5 Pro Max watch in…
BUYER BEWARE – THIS COMPANY IS FRAUDULENT (UPDATED)
This company is engaging in deceptive business practices.
I paid for a GT5 Pro Max watch in mid-December 2024. It worked briefly, then completely failed in under two months and would not power on at all.
When I contacted support, I was told I must either ship the defective watch back at my own expense or pay an additional $29.90 plus shipping for a “replacement.” That brought the total to nearly $50 for a product that failed almost immediately.
I paid the replacement fee.
No replacement was ever sent.
For months, customer service repeatedly claimed the watch had been shipped and was being held at my local USPS facility. USPS confirmed that no package ever existed. There was no shipment. No tracking. Nothing.
After I posted my original review, the company contacted me and stated that they would only process a refund if I removed my review first. That is coercion. I informed them I would gladly update my review after they honored their written refund promise. They refused.
They continue to claim the replacement was mailed. It was not.
So here are the facts:
• I paid for a watch
• It failed in under two months
• I was charged nearly $50 for a replacement
• The replacement was never shipped
• USPS confirmed no package exists
• The company tried to withhold a refund unless I removed my review
• They continue to provide false shipping claims including their updated response below.
That is fraud by definition.
This company is not transparent, not honest, and not trustworthy. If you purchase from them, you are taking a serious risk of losing your money with no product and no resolution.
I strongly advise buyers to avoid this company entirely.

Terrible Refund Policy
I bought a GT5 watch. The screen failed within a month. They sent me a replacement, but that also failed within a month. They then offered to upgrade me to the GT5 Max pro for an additional fee. That screen also failed. They are refusing to offer a refund unless I ship back a non working watch at my cost. And they deduct a 10% handling charge. Unreasonable

pain in the a** to set up. couldn't get an account on fitpro app, kept getting error message saying account already exists. I only want it for BP monitoring, so if I can get it to do that I will be ok.

I am really surprised to read the reviews below. As Sabrina said, even if you receive the product (I didn't receive it either, and they didn't even bother to apologize and send it), you will have thrown your money away with the slightest problem. So don't expect support or anything like that in case of the slightest problem.
Regarding the seller comment below: I have already contacted the e-mail address they provided and they offered to send me the product in exchange for deleting my comment here. They even said that I could be a competitor seller. I have all the e-mails in my archive. I hadn't even replied to them yet, but since they replied like this again, I'll tell you; I'm an ordinary person and I can prove it in any way you want.
UPDATE: I sent an email again like they said. Let's see what will happen. I will update again.

Pinhole defective with band unable to attach. Initially helpful Indicating they would send a replacement but low stock. Then, not sure when they would have one with no follow up communication.

GT5 Pro is well made. HM18 model less so.
I bought a GT5 Pro watch which works well and is actually a very nice watch for the price. Got it for the Blood pressure reading, which was much higher than my actual BP when I first checked several times. But next day, I calibrated the watch (have to watch their channel on Youtube) and it seems fine now. The lack of instructions is an issue, as it's a Chinese company. But they do have demo videos online.
The 2nd watch that came free - the HM18 - confusingly, required another app called Vfit. The app could not pair to iPhone, Android after numerous tries. 2 hours later, it randomly lit up and connected. The cheaper version is lighter on the wrist, but not recommended after all the hassle. Will see if it maintains contact. The issue with these apps is they require access to every aspect of your cellphone.
Let's hope it keeps working. I wrote to customer service but haven't heard back yet. Will see if they bother to respond.

The Blood Pressure is the only reason I bought the watch. It indicates Systolic 40 points too low compared to my cuff which is accurate. I asked if there is anyway I could adjust. That was 30 minutes ago and I still have received no response. Disappointed.
