I bought the FITVII watch mainly for the blood pressure monitoring feature, and it has been nothing but a huge disappointment. The readings are wildly inaccurate and inconsistent. I compared it with a proper medical-grade blood pressure monitor, and the results were nowhere close — sometimes off by 20–30 points. That’s not just a small error, it’s dangerous if someone relies on it for health decisions.
The company markets this as if it’s reliable, but it’s absolutely not. It feels more like a toy than a serious health device. Step count and heart rate might be “okay-ish,” but the blood pressure readings are a complete joke.
Save your money. If you actually care about tracking your health, especially blood pressure, buy a trusted medical device. This watch is misleading, inaccurate, and in my opinion, irresponsible for a brand to sell as a health tool.
Poor customer service/return policy is a scam
I purchased this watch mostly to monitor my blood glucose. The reading for blood pressure and blood glucose are way off. I have been trying to get a refund for 2 months and an getting nowhere. They have my watch (I returned it) but I keep getting the run around when I ask where my refund is. AWFUL customer service
UPDATE! The watch is under my wife Mary's name. She has contacted fitviisns through email numerous times but still no refund!!
It is a scam. Don't buy. Completely fake charts.
IMPORTANT: If you really need a refund, write a negative review here. They will offer you a full refund. Once you receive a full refund, you can return a bad review and file a complaint with the FTC. I personally will get money back through my credit card.
I purchased gt5Pro. After using it for 1 week, I can tell that it is a scam. Blood glucose is fake. It does not correlate with a device that uses blood to measure blood glucose. The pattern has zero correlation with food consumption. Most likely, they make a pattern line and only add noise (random fluctuations around).
The charts are absolutely independent of food. For example, I didn't have breakfast, but the glucose peak is at the same time as on a regular day. I didn't have lunch, but the same size peak is at the same time. I gave my device to a friend - the glucose pattern and level didn't change.
The blood pressure - after testing for a week, I gave watches to a friend with very high blood pressure. His pressure after taking medications is around 140x100. The watches show 113x79. He didn't have this pressure for years. Additionally, the pressure pattern remained unchanged for my friend and me.
UPDATES:
The claim that the FDA cleared this device is false. The FDA has already received a report that Fitbit is falsely advertising. I will file another one shortly. If you are dissatisfied and find that it is false advertising, please file the same with the FDA.
They have a high score because the company is using an illegal practice by suggesting a full refund for removing the review. If you got such an offer, you can file the claim with the FTC.
It's a scam, but you can get your money back by writing a negative review here.
SCAM ALERT
Ordered 6/2, tracking shows arrival in US the next day. 8/27...still hasn't arrived, I keep getting the runaround from customer service, excuses and broken promises. SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!
UPDATE 8/28: they reached out quick, made another promise, I'm giving them the doubt of the benefit at this point, will believe it (and update accordingly) if this promise is actually kept...which I doubt it will be after what's already transpired...

Stay away from this company. I ordered a watch and tried to cancel it one hour after ordering it after reading terrible reviews. The company responded and tried to influence me to not cancel. When I refused, they would not respond and would not refund the money they received from my PayPal account. After two weeks of requests for a refund, PayPay refunded my money and flagged this company as fraudulent.
I believe the positive reviews should not be trusted…read the negative ones. They all indicate problems with this company.

False advertisement of refund policy, support, and reviews
False advertisement: No 24/7 support - not even close. When they finally do respond, the just want to waste more time if you mention the 30-day refund. We purchased 2 PulseMax & 1 Care Air 2 in the same week and the lack of support from FitVII is ridiculous.
In order to qualify for refund, you cannot not have used (evaluated) the watch at all - read the terms carefully if you can get through all the noise on their website.
Refund process involves sending a video of prepared return shipment before getting a return address label and/or RMA, even for a defective item.
PulseMax watch can be searched for as "F300 watch" and the Care Air 2 can be searched as the "S11 watch" as these are generic watches by different manufactures that are available through a number of sources.

You reply faster to Trustpilot reviews than you do to the support / refund requests. I'm still waiting for the refund or any communication from your team about the refund.
3 Days after FitVII's Trustpilot reply, I still have not received any response about the defective watch or anything about return. Their reply is phony. Search for my YouTube video review for the proof.

FitVII finally responded and on 08/18, FitVII offered a replacement or full refund with the following in their response: "If possible, we kindly ask that you consider removing the review you posted, as it can help us expedite the refund process and resolve your case even faster." Wasting more time, FitVII continued to ask that I provide order numbers THAT I HAD ALREADY PROVIDED THEM. I responded on 08/20 AM requesting a refund and, again, provided the orders numbers, expecting the return label they promised. It is now the evening of 08/25 and I have not heard anything back.

Still no refund. Seller responds via email: "If you're willing to consider modifying or removing your review, it could help us speed up the review and refund process significantly".

Don't expect a refund
Its been 2 months since I returned the watch and still have not received my $140.00. What kind of company is this. I left a review and they are telling me to remove it before I can get a refund after you said you would refund me with-in 3 to 5 days! So here have another 1 star review team! Its not about the money now...I don't need it back. I'm going to post everywhere I can to let people know my experience and you've been reported to the BBB.
You've had plenty of time to give me a refund. All your emails are lies, Your email/message should say we just refunded your money. You should see it in 3 to 5 days...all you have to do is give my money back, that's the only way this works.

FITVII GT5 Promax
I bought GT5 Promax. Within one week I am realizing that readings are false/prefeeded into it. I had compared the readings specially BP ones with Samsung Galaxy Watch and Digital cuff based Bp machine both of which show more than 20 Units difference. For Glucose and other ones like Serum Uric acid, I found the readings even when watch was not on my wrist like sleeping and bathing times. Disappointed with claims by the company

I use all Apple products, but my dad has a Samsung phone, so I wanted to find something that fit his ecosystem(Fitvii GT5 PRO MAX). So far, he loves it! It has so many great features. Honestly, it might even be better than my Apple Watch

PurchasedFitvii® GT5Pro Max smartwatch. Excpectaions were high, especially when Fitvii promise accuarte blood pressure and blood glycose measureing. Unfortunately blood pressure measuring and readings are absolutely false, they seems to be almost constant/also calculated, the deviation from Omron measured blood pressure readings is more than 20 units! Also blood glycose readings seems to be as calculated not actually measured by sensors. So Fitvii dos not not deliver what they promised! Disappointed!

This watch does nothing it says it can do. Does not measure BP accurately or blood sugar. The sleep apnea monitor did not even work. The company DID NOT stand behind their product. I bought 2 and both did not work!!

Durable and Scratch-Resistant
Even after a drop, the GT5PROMAX has shown no damage. It’s incredibly durable, and the IP67 waterproofing means I don’t need to worry about it in any weather conditions.
Still no watch, no tracking, no help – avoid Fitvii!
I wrote the following review on February 7:
My Care Air 2 all-in-one watch was sent out in September 2024. Every day I waited anxiously for my order – but nothing came! I even contacted my supplier and was told that the package unfortunately did not comply with the rules and had to be returned.
I then got in touch with Fitvii support and a new watch was sent out pretty quickly. I asked for a tracking number, but I never got one! After a few weeks, I was told that I had to pay customs – but I never received a notification about it!
So a watch was sent out for the third time, and of course I asked for a tracking number again – but unfortunately, I didn’t get one again!
I haven’t received a response since December 18! And my watch? I still haven’t received it and my money is simply GONE. I am more than just disappointed and would never order from them again! Even one star is too much for my experience with Fitvii!
This message was actually answered, and after months, I was finally contacted. They promised to send the watch again, and even offered material compensation.
And what happened? I once again didn’t receive a tracking number, and no package ever arrived.
And who would’ve thought – I didn’t receive any response from support when I asked where my package was this time either.
And keep in mind – it’s May now!!
Apparently, support only responds when you leave a bad review here.

Follow-Up Review/Update
It took Fitvii 6 months to issue my refund, but finally did. So I added a star to this review of their refund policy. I'm still not thrilled with being told that I have to remove my bad review in order to get a refund, and then being told that it isn't their policy, and then that it is, and then that it isn't.... they're all over the place. I had given up on my refund after a few months, but recently someone reached out to me offering the refund (because they saw my review, not because of good customer service processes), and when they did, kept asking for my bank account and pay pal account numbers. I assured them they could pay me via pay pal with just my email address, my clients do it all the time. I also informed them that they were only furthering my suspicion that this has been a scam from the start. After more back and forth and me refusing to give them any of my account details, I kindly asked them to "f@$% off" because I didn't trust they were even with the real company. They did finally refund me via Pay Pal. So I'm pleased about that. But still unhappy with the product, and with all of the experiences while interacting with customer support, especially trying to troubleshoot the watch and ultimately initiate a refund.

My GT5 promax wouldn't stay connected after many, many tries. Tried to return it but no luck. they wanted to send me another watch. I refused and demanded a refund. They refused and wouldn't send an address to send it back. I'm out $150.+ Thoroughly disgusted
