We moved from Mindbody to Fitdegree in the summer of 2021. It continues to be one of the best decisions I've made for both of my studios. The software is user-friendly from an admin and client perspective. The customer service team at FD is unparalleled, and we're saving lots of money!

After trying Vagaroo and WellnessLiving for my yoga studio, I stumbled upon fitDEGREE. Thank goodness! I was unhappy with my prior services due to hidden fees, poor customer support and difficult navigation. I appreciate FD because of the personal attention given to my staff and customers as well as their straightforward pricing structure. I will be staying with them for as long as I can!

Easily the best fitness software out there. I have used other softwares for client booking, running reports, etc. and this is by FAR the best I have ever used. The ease and accessibility is unmatched. Customer service is 11/10 and as a Pilates Studio owner, Nick and his team make it SO easy for clients to book and admin to do anything from adding classes to the schedule to running reports a breeze. I get compliments all the time about how easy the app is to use. THANK YOU!!!

I cannot speak highly enough of fitDEGREE. They are an excellent company. Not only did the CEO reach out personally in our first introduction, he reached out when we sadly closed our studio. We connected with Megan, who helped us switch everything over from our prior operating system when we first signed up. She did this seamlessly and made sure all of our data was imported. fitDEGREE provided all the materials needed for our clients and staff to easily make the switch. They are so friendly and every time I had a question, they immediately responded and gave the help needed. If you are looking for a fitness or wellness booking software, you should run to fitDEGREE.

I had a responce to my query in the time frame I requested. Problem resolved and additional resolutions coming soon via personal zoom session to address a specific need.

There are not enough words to express how much I appreciate fitDegree software and the team. I am not tech savvy and they are quick to respond to my help request. They have made many upgrades to the software at user requests. They really listen to the needs of their client base.

The pricing of the software kept my businees functioning through closures of the last few years.

This is the best, most user friendly, innovative scheduling/POS platform on the market. Their customer service is top notch and they continue to upgrade and enhance the system on a monthly basis. Switching to fitDEGREE was one of the best studio business decision I’ve made.

You won't find a better customer experience for yourself; Nick and the staff are amazing and really care about their clients. My own clients love the app's social features - they love being able to see who of their friends are signed up for classes. One of my personal favorite features of the app is the Announcements. I can create a post that gets pushed to everyone's app so they see it as a notification on their phone. It's a great way to get news and Promos out to my clients.

We are really happy with fitDEGREE for our studio client management software. It does just about everything we need it to do, and even for the things it doesn’t, the team is very responsive and understanding with feature requests and updates. We absolutely love how stoked they are to support smaller and new businesses and how hands-on everyone is, right down to the founders. We have been so impressed every step of the way with our onboarding process and their staff’s patience with all of our questions, particularly since there is a 6 hour time difference between the fitdegree staff and our studio. Really love that there are other great options out there at better price points than Mindbody. Will definitely be recommending other businesses use fitdegree.

Personal training Clients can’t set recurring workouts

When ppl cancel class it doesn’t show up in the class only in the notifications

Doesn’t allow me to schedule my small group personal training classes that start 30 mins after my first time so I have to add in a fake name so I can have ppl register on the 00 and 30

Not personal training friendly as the app stated when I purchased it.

I’ll be looking for a new product in august

I love this app so far!

FitDEGREE has been the best software for my group fitness studio! They are always updating the systems based on customer feedback & are very quick to respond to inquiries. Very friendly too!

I think for the price point, Fit Degree is good. For my studio it is what I can afford now.
The best thing about Fit Degree is the customer support. They get back to you right away and are super helpful. They also give you references with their answers.
There are a few things I wish Fit Degree offered. Mainly, a way to sign children up under their parent profile. I have lots of kids classes. A lot children don't have their own email yet, which is required to sign up. If families have multiple children, this presents issues. They have to 1- figure out how to sign each kid up with different emails, and 2- make a profile for each kid which means if they want to sign up their 3 kids, they have to login and log out 3 different times to get all of their children signed up. This creates a lot of work for them. It's way too many steps.
The other feature I would like to see is easier reporting. I want to see exactly who my monthly members are and have all of their emails in one place. I want to know in advance if someone is going to hit a milestone club count. I want an easier way to track monthly attendance by purchase.
I think the Fit Degree team is great and I hope these changes will happen in the future.

Recommend on EVERY level! Easy to use, support is Amazing! New features are introduced all the time - FitDegree has made running our studio 10000% easier than the headache of other software programs.

Simply outstanding customer service. No software is perfect, but they do find solutions and workarounds for any issues I've come across. I also feel confident that they are continuously working to make improvements based on client feedback. I feel very well cared for and it is a huge relief coming from my experience with my previous studio software.

Our app has gotten great feedback and the students love the social features. The reporting is helpful and easy to interpret. Scheduling is a breeze. I'm very happy with our decision.
