Unfortunately

Unfortunately, They sent an email which I thought was from Anthropic so that I could join claude code, instead it brought me to a very similar looking website, and I was duped into paying; It is legitimate in the sense that they give you some use of Claude from their IDE, but it is not Claude code; Be careful

Misleading website posing as Claude – charged without clear consent

I was trying to subscribe to the official Claude AI service, but I was redirected to lorka.ai, which closely imitates Claude’s interface and creates the impression that it is the official service.

I made the first payment under this misunderstanding.

Immediately after, I was shown an “upgrade to PRO” screen. There was no clear price displayed and no transparent information that this would result in an additional charge. Believing it was part of the setup process, I proceeded.

As a result, I was charged a second time without clear pricing or informed consent.

Only after both charges did I realize this service is not affiliated with Claude at all, despite the misleading presentation.

I contacted their support and requested a refund, but received no response.

This experience feels deceptive and lacks basic transparency in pricing and billing. I strongly advise others to be cautious.

Update: After 3 days, their support finally responded and processed a full refund.
