Been using fitdgree for about a year running a studio. It has been fairly seamless and easy.
Training teachers isn't very hard, it has an intuitive layout that most people pick up quickly. It does everything we need , but most importantly the customer service is A+. We had a challenge with our credit card company that connects to fitdegree and it was hard to get in touch with someone to fix it. Fitdegree stepped in on our behalf and quickly got it fixed. It is unusual in this day and age to find a company that truly prioritizes customer support.
Also, our users seem to have no issues with the application which reduces my stress and time!
I've used alot of software apps over my years and I'd put Fitdegree right up there at the top..

This software does what it's supposed to do without confusing processes for us, the business owner, or our customers. It was an agonizing process leaving MB because it's all we knew, but making the switch has literally given us hours of our time back and our only regret is we didn't make the change sooner.

Not only is it cheaper per month, it is easy to run payroll and make changes to classes, instructors, descriptions, etc. It's nice to not have any worries about the experience our students have signing up for a class being interrupted by glitches. The fitDegree team is also SUPER responsive when I have an issue.

fitDEGREE is the best software for my studio! My yogi's love how easy it is to use, my teachers rave about it compared to other apps and I hardly have any issues! On the rare occasion I do have a problem they are very responsive and helpful! Everything from the customer service to the user experience, to the App itself is always 5 stars!

Switching from Mindbody to FitDegree was one of the best decisions I’ve made for my studio. The transition was smooth, and I can honestly say I’ll never look back. The platform is intuitive, streamlined, and so much easier for instructors and students to use. Booking is simpler, communication is clearer, and the overall functionality just makes sense. In my opinion, everything is just cleaner and much more intuitive.
What really sets FitDegree apart is their customer service. Having my questions answered in a timely manner is priceless to me. Their support team is very responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in the success of their clients. They actually understand studio owners and our real-world needs, which makes all the difference.

It's still early on, but so far my experience has been overwhelmingly positive. fitDEGREE offers a ton of individualized support, our branded apps were ready ahead of schedule, and the pricing is incredible (especially for brand new studios - the tiered model is a game-changer for a fledgling business). When I've had questions about how certain features might be useful for me, they've been happy to connect me with other studio owners so I can gather more information from someone who's been in my position. It really helps to create a community feeling, knowing that fitDEGREE really understands each individual studio's needs. I also LOVE the friend feature in the app - I haven't seen this elsewhere and I think it will help to create a cozy feel in our space.

From beginning until now...Nick & Megan have made the transition to fitDEGREE the easiest process. They are kind and understanding. They are so helpful with all of my questions. I am excited to see how switching systems will help us grow even more! Thank you Nick & Megan, you are the best!

The customer service is outstanding- and what stood out to me when I was determining which booking app the use. This still remains true today - I feel 💯 supported. They are also open to feedback and hearing what kind of functionality would help my business and clients the most.

Fabulous software and even better support. Not only does fitDEGREE give me flexibility and support as I run my studio the team has been fabulous in supporting me along the way. From quick turn arounds on questions to meeting with me to figure out the best way to set up my studio instance - Nick - Megan and team really have been great.

Fitdegree has been ideal for my studio and our clients really like the app. Super prompt with customer service responses. Like all fitness studio software, it has some limitations (i.e., a "2 for $xx" pricing option for workshops), but I am thankful the fitdegree team is always open to feedback for new developments (i.e., reminder emails for instructors who sub a class). Generally we can find a work-around to enable the software to function like we need it to but overall, it's a great CRM to manage a studio.

I enjoyed the app and it simplicities. The only thing I highly recommend is please creating a family account so a mother does not have to sign into multiple accounts.

Personable, very reasonable, and easy to work with software that is awesome, both easy to use from student and teacher bases!

Their customer service and support have been outstanding. Navigating a new app or platform can be challenging, and I had a lot of questions along the way—but they were always there to help. The FitDegree team truly wants you to succeed and supports you every step of the way. Great people, great company!

Great for tracking sessions & membership. Reporting is unfortunately very lacking, really not much you can do with it. Doesn’t integrate with any of the major crm providers, and the zaps they recommend never work right.

Overall, I like them. Been with them since the beginning. If ur looking for base level tracking, it’s good. If ur trying to market & scale, might not be a good fit

It's quick, clear and friendly!

I switched in December and the price was $50/month more than what I was quoted. I was told $150. I pay $200.
My credit card swiper still doesn't work. I have had two. The problem is on your end, the software shows payment successful even before a card is swiped. But I have dead air from FD even though you're looped in with Payabli.
I'm just getting to mail chip now and that's going to cost me another $350/month. No savings. Will likely switch to Momence when the time is right.
Regretting the switch to be honest.

I am so glad I made the switch to fitDEGREE. The software is just what my business needs and the customer support is excellent.
