I value the service that fitDEGREE offers and the customer support is always great. I still feel that the program still needs to improve with its intuitiveness and user friendliness - both from the studio admin side and the client side. It gets buggy often and I feel that the LOOK of the admin calendar/schedule is visually harsh. I want to love the program but am not there yet. I know that you all keep tweaking and improving. I used to have Tula software for my yoga studio and it was way more intuitve for studio and client use, BUT it didnt have account balances or studio promo/discount codes. That is why I switched to fitDEGREE. I am happy with those services now available to me. It is hard to share via this survey to share what I would consider "simple" shifts in the program to make it more user friendly. If you decide you want more details on my opinion or what bugs I keep experiencing - please let me know.
