First Tech has always been a great to do business with.
First Tech has always been a great place to invest especially with their rates being much better than traditional banks. As a Premier Rewards Banking member, I had the pleasure to work with Eileen Alvarez and she has always provided very prompt, high-quality answers to all my questions and inquiries. Amazing Customer Service
I spoke to Jose Flores and Roselyn (if I remember the name correctly) due to a dispute case. During my experience with customer service, they were both amazing. They showed great empathy for my situation and I felt they did everything in their power to help. Easily best customer service I’ve interacted with in years. So kind and clearly know their stuff!

I had asked for personal service
I had asked for personal service, as I had a large loan that I was paying off early and I was paying down the majority of debt that was acquired while my son was in treatment for leukemia. They disregarded me completely. Did not even reach out to me personally. I have paid off my loan, and closing accounts and I will not be investing with this credit union. I value personalized service and you won't find it at this credit union, even if you request it.
