I spoke to Jose Flores and Roselyn (if I remember the name correctly) due to a dispute case. During my experience with customer service, they were both amazing. I had asked for personal service, as I had a large loan that I was paying off early and I was paying down the majority of debt that was acquired while my son was in treatment for leukemia. They disregarded me completely. Did not even reach out to me personally. I have paid off my loan, and closing accounts and I will not be investing with this credit union. I value personalized service and you won't find it at this credit union, even if you request it.
