Whenever I call the bank I always receive good service.

CS department when out of their way to insure that I was helped properly. Nisha called other people to help solve my concern.

Ana Rizvi was amazing to work with. This was my first time coming to the bank and he explained difficult banking concepts really well. He was really nice and personable. I hope he wins the Coffee!

Agent answered all questions and provided all necessary information for future use. She was courteous and professional.

Mr. Jose Flore was extremely helpful in securing my account after I received a scam call pretending to be First Tech. I shared with him what I experienced, and he quickly handled the situation and covered all the bases to ensure my account was secure. He even educated me on all the options I have on my account to ensure I was maximizing my benefits. He's the definition of customer service, and First Tech should be proud to have him

Called the customer service line and got Lillian Hanna who was friendly and helpful in fulfilling my request as well as verifying a browser issue.

Nelson answered all questions and walked me through the entire process.
He was very easy to understand and was very knowledgeable. His customer service was superb!! If I have any other issues I certainly hope Nelson is the person I can deal with.

We needed to make some somewhat involved changes to our CDs. Josh was patient, knowledgeable, kind, and very helpful. He listen carefully and and responded politely all through our transaction. We are very satisfied with the result and with First Tech. Thanks so much for the help. 5 stars!

Working with a representatives from the back they're always such a polite people I tend to be a chatty Cathy but they listen to me and they take it all in they're very friendly very helpful keep up the good work

Velle Galutera is wonderful to work with. She understands my needs when I have a difficult time trying to explain what I want. I trust her completely when dealing with my finances. She works with integrity and makes me feel she is always working in my best interest.
I will only work with Velle when it’s comes to my finances.

Spoke to three senior advisors and got two different stories. On top nobody in that senior group cares about you honestly. All that matters to them is $$$$$. I think don't recommend this company at all unless, you like headaches and inconsistent stories.

I wanted to take the time to really praise Jose Flores at the CXC Rep team. I was in a situation where Jose provided the utmost exceptional service by just listening and being empathetic. The way he listened and provided options and his compassionate approach just made me feel safe and understood. For the leadership team reading this, Jose has that special something and understands how to deal with customers. Think about potentially expanding Jose's knowledge to other team members if it makes sense. My interaction with Jose left me feeling that I am going to move all of my financial products to First Tech Federal Credit Union and will be. Jose, if you are reading this.
