Christopher is easy to talk to and answered all the questions I had. He also was pro-active in seeking out policies with my best financial interest in mind.

My only regret is that I didn’t make an appointment with Ranu sooner! Get Ranu on your team as soon as possible to get the most out of your money. I left our meeting feeling confident and informed about my financial options and grateful to have met such a fantastic new advisor.

We received a letter regarding one of our accounts. The notice indicated that the action we had requested regarding that account had not been done. We contacted Hashim Hunaidi to look into the situation as there seemed to be a problem. He replied the following day that the notice had been automatically generated and we should not have received the letter. He confirmed that the action on the account had been completed and everything is okay. dm

Shari, customer service, was able to understand my concern regarding issues with my lack of dividends.
She submitted a review followed through and issue resolved in two days.
It was a pleasure to have an actual live person to work with and follow up with me. -
Input: Representatives need to slow done when talking to customers, it is very hard to grasp everything they are sharing when talking too fast.

Benny is always available to answer my questions and address any concerns. He keeps me informed about investment opportunities that may interest me and provides attentive, knowledgeable support to several members of my family. I truly enjoy working with him.

We have been FirstTech customers since 1980 (46 years) and have always had good experiences with them. Recently we have been working with Christopher Ray who is one of the Premier Financial Representatives. He is very pleasant to work with and has provided excellent support for setting up CDs for us and explaining NCUA insurance coverage for complex situations involving multiple accounts including a Revocable Living Trust, even providing a clear graphic to explain the NCUA coverage rules. We look forward to working with Christopher in the future.

I have been working with Luba Kyrychenko from First Tech for my banking accounts and she has been very helpful, keeping me informed of the best offers and deals. I appreciate the personal attention I get, she is only an email away when I need assistance. I am very thankful that I have Eric Pseat as my premier banker. He is knowledgeable, responsive, caring and super helpful. I have been with First Tech (formerly the HP Credit Union) for decades. They have seen me through car loans, mortgages, investments, and most recently through a very tricky malware attack.

All my accounts were closed - thankfully! - but without Eric I don't know how long it would have taken to get back up and running. He checked in frequently to see if my many issues were getting resolved, and escalated to ensure they were getting appropriate attention. A true gem and I feel lucky to have him on my side.

Amber Fish has proven to be interested in making sure that I get the highest interest for the longest period possible for my CD’s. She makes good suggestions considering my financial situation; she follows through in a timely manner always completing the agreed upon task.
