Exceptional customer services
We really appreciate that the customer service team at First Tech reached out to us and suggested that we look into the premier services which is now earning us a much better interest rate on our money! Hashim especially was very helpful in setting up an appt to meet with us prior to year end so that we could qualify for the extra APY boost. He was very pleasant, clearly explained the many advantages and incentives offered with the premier services, listened to us and answered all of our questions to our satisfaction. First of all, I am a senior citizen. I am the authorized representative on an account for my disabled son who continues to talk in the background and doesn’t let me concentrate on the topic I called regarding his account. With the information, I was able to make a critical banking/investment decision by hearing the bank could handle my request.
