Rang up to cancel my renewal quote but ended up re-newing for another year. Joel explained everything in detail, I didn’t realise how much I was covered for. I even got a bit of a discount for being a long service customer. Well worth making the call.

This is a review of my first contact with the company. I wanted a quote for Buildings only Insurance.
It was a pleasant experience.
The quote was decent. I just want to get a few more quotes for comparison.
The gentleman [LJ] I spoke to was helpful, polite not pushy in anyway. Very happy for him to deal with my quote. He'll call back in a week after I've had time do any further checks I need to.
A minor thing and this is probably my fault. I have to create a portal to look at my quote and I haven't found that straight forward.
