Every visit since my initial issue regarding a faulty earring has been so warm and friendly and today no exception. Happy to shop there again.

Staff excellent with advice, knowledge, friendly and polite.

The staff in the Chippenham branch were very welcoming and helpful. As the shop was not busy when I called in, they offered to put a new battery in my watch (under the lifetime guarantee) there and then, while I waited for a very short time.

The staff member that looked after us was very good, knowledgeable and friendly.

The lady who pierced my ears talked me through the process so I knew exactly what was happening

I needed a new watch battery fitting and the young lady who served me dealt with me brilliantly. She fitted the new battery within a few minutes, as she'd promised, and offered the option of a lifetime replacement scheme, which I took. She then advised me that your system will keep my details so that even if I lost the receipt I would still be entitled to a replacement and I could go to any branch of Hinds for this. She was friendly and helpful and made my visit to your shop a pleasure!

Needed replacement batteries for two watches. Lady who served me was very pleasant and said would take approx half an hour. Called back and all had been sorted.
