No customer service
I am trying to get through to someone at Ferrysavers as my 2 year old son has broken his leg and we can't travel. I have sent a message on the chat bot and having been waiting for nearly two hours for a response and there is no phone number or other way to get in touch.

Great service and money saving as well
Not only was the website easy to use and informative, we also saved £180 on our return trip from Dover to Calais. We were about to book direct, took a chance on Ferrysavers and we are so glad that we did.
