Used Evri, refused refund when parcel stolen
They sent my order via Evri, who left it unattended on my doorstep without my permission. There was no option to redirect it to a shop or locker for pickup, or to change the delivery day. These were then stolen by someone.
When I reported it to feel good contacts, as my contract is with them, they treated me like I was trying to defraud them and said that Evri delivered my package to me, despite the photographic evidence from Evri themselves that they left it on my doorstep, and my video evidence from ring doorbell. They refused to refund me or send a new delivery.
Don’t purchase from these people, other sellers give you the option to have your items delivered by Royal Mail instead, who do actually follow instructions to not leave parcels unattended.

IF I COULD GIVE THIS COMPANY 0 STARS I WOULD. UNFORTUNATELY I CAN'T. ORDERED CONTACT LENSES WITH THIS COMPANY ON THE 10/07/26. IT IS NOW THE 24/07/26. I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY CONTACT LENSES. AS PREVIOUSLY STATED IN EMAILS TO YOUR COMPANY, I HAVE NOW BEEN WITHOUT CONTACT LENSES FOR 5 DAYS. IF/WHEN I RECEIVE THESE CONTACT LENSES I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY EVER AGAIN. ITS A ABSOLUTE SHAMBLES OF A COMPANY. I AM LOSING THE ABSOLUTE WILL WITH THIS COMPANY.
