Delivery was super fast
Delivery was super fast. It was delivered next day despite it being free
Dropped one star because it is slightly cheaper than the opticians. However it’s not competitive enough to completely switch my supply. I am using this as an emergency if running low.
The reason is the opticians provide after care with free eye tests and for any health issues. I feel as a contact lens supplier only, the product should be at least 50% off the opticians. I don’t mind paying extra to the opticians in exchange for a medical service with paid professionals. I do have an issue with purchasing contact lens from a website that is only supplying goods. I have no knowledge of the goods have been vetted or ran qc checks. I will reconsider my next emergency batch and purchase elsewhere for a more competitive price
Update: thank you for the reply and it is good to know your price match policy for other online retailers. For context, I am saving approximately 5% on a two monthly supply. Therefore surprised the discount from an online retailer is so low compared to an optician’s costs.

Horror Experience of order.
Horror Experience,
I had ordered some prescription transition glasses worth £200 and they said they would deliver on the 16th of July (today) and they contacted me yesterday saying they’re not able to fulfill my order as the specifications are not fulfillable for them. My question is why they didn’t contact me earlier and only chose to contact me the day before which meant that I wasn't able get replacements for my holiday which I’m leaving for on the 17th of July. Now my holiday is ruined.
Also when I called them they said that they had sent an email on the day itself but there was no email there and even if they had sent an email 1) why did it not appear in my inbox, 2) why did they send the second email (and the second email didn’t say anything about it being a reminder) 3) why did the email not arrive in 3-5 days (it should have arrived between 11th July - 13th July. I am furious about them lying to me and for the lack of contact.

Easy purchase
Easy purchase, good price slightly spoilt by the postage which was almost 50% of the purchase price and I didn't seem to qualify for the first time buyer discount but all in all a good transaction with a quality product for a good price. The Mobile App is really good too.

I'd lost one of my monthly lenses on…
I'd lost one of my monthly lenses on the Tuesday and needed them for Friday evening but the opticians said it could be over a week because my prescription is so high (minus 9 minus 10). Somebody told me about feelgoodcontacts so I put my order in and unbelievably by Thursday morning I had a month's worth of daily contact lenses! The service was easy with super fast delivery and I'll definitely be ordering from them again.

Very good supplier of my supplies for gas-permeable lenses
I regularly order supplies for gas-permeable contact lens, used for eye condition. Some of these cannot be bought easily elsewhere, so it is lovely to know that Feel Good Contacts always supply for next day delivery.

I returned my glasses due to a fault with the lenses, after a month of wasted online chats, and getting told that the "optical team" need to get back to us...I then go in to another loop of, we have received your return and we'll get back to you in 24-48 hours. Joke!

A very bad first time purchase…
A very bad first time purchase experience from this website. I bought 2 different brands of products, one of them is out of stock and it leads to delay dispatch without any notification until I ask. Been assured to wait 3-5 working days and nothing arrived again. Chase again and it’s still out of stock then they suggest to cancel that product and send the other one they have.
Don’t understand why they took order if the product is out of stock, please improve the website stocking system. It’s unfair to customers who expect their purchase arrive on time.
