Used Fastfitz ( northern) to install a tow bar to my Jaguar e pace.The fitter,Michael,arrived bang on time.He treat my car as if it was his own.Totally professional in everything he did.Couldnt fault his work. Michael was pleasant and affible. Would highly recommend.

I got a quote to install detachable swan neck towbar and 13pin socket on my bmw 3 series that was nearly 40% cheaper compared to local trailer fitters. The offer sounded too good to be true. Shortly after requesting quote from FastFitz i got contacted by Michael. He asked for £400 deposit for the parts, what sounded like a red flag for me, combined with the fact the whole job was quoted much cheaper then competitors. Michael was very responsive, throught the whole process. Long story short, Michael was very professional, responsive, showed up exactly on time, informed me upfront what he will be doing. After the job was done, he showed me a proof electrics are working, showed me how to attach/detach towbar, showed me all his changes to the car. I'm extremely happy with the whole experience.

I made an online enquiry and was responded to that same day, the quotation was the best I got and was for the towbar to be fitted on my driveway. The communication was excellent and when the day of the appointment arrived Matt arrived when he said he would and was very friendly and professional. The job was completed in a couple of hours and when it was finished it looked perfect. I was given a good demonstration of how the detachable towbar worked and I couldn't be happier with the result. I would highly recommend this company but note that their services are in very high demand in the summer.

Got a quote from Matt that was excellent - clearly much more expert than the several other companies I had got quotes ,from equalling the best price I had got. I was very keen to get him to do the work, but he realised I was out of his area, and offered me a fitting about 60 miles away, Too far. He apologised . He is clearly a very honest man with whom it would have been a pleasure to do business.

Matt was a friendly guy who was also very thourough and professional. He was relatively quick, but ensured that the installation was as designed as per make of car , model etc, He even helped me out post sales with a caravan matter, out of his own pocket! Great booking experience, after some delays on my end they even offered a price reduction to be closer to my initial quote.

Fitting was timely and went well without any issues.

Aftercare was also excellent - what appeared to be a problem with the tow bar actually turned out to be a fault with the car. FastFitz were super helpful to troubleshoot the issue and get me to a fix, even though it wasn’t the actual tow bar in the end!
