Awful awful lenses stay away at all cost!!! Caused me corneal neovascularisation due to oxygen deprivation absolutely rubbish, cheap quality lenses

I have used Daysoft for many years without any issue. However in the last few years I have found the quality of the lenses and the dispensing pods have gotten so bad I have decided to buy my lenses elsewhere. The lenses would break on inserting them and this happened several times a week. I had to pay to have an optician to remove the broken fragment. Daysoft have also increased their postage costs recently. Ironic that they charge more for a much inferior product than they sold in the past. You've been forewarned !

terrible i ordered on 4 April really awful customer service appalling woman couldn’t care less,
nearly 2 weeks still no delivery im now going away with no lenses i asked for postage to b refunded the unhelpful customer service said absoloute not was arguing about bank holiday dates not included in delivery
will never ever use again due to their misleading information about 3/5 working days delivery ordered on 4 april now being delivered over 2 weeks later

I have used Daysoft for over 20 years. Have found them very comfortable and good value for money.
My optician did said the fit isn't as good as with some other contact lenses but acknowledged that my eyes are still very healthy and that I can see well with them.

Used Daysoft for over 10 years with no issues, and I’ve worn contact lenses for 20+. Recently started having problems with the lenses and was basically told it was my fault and that I don’t know how to put them in properly which is pretty ridiculous.

Signed up to their subscription for convenience, but deliveries are slow and inconsistent. It’s meant to be monthly, but ends up more like every six weeks, which defeats the point.

Customer service are useless. I’ll be looking elsewhere.

Had an eye test done at my local opticians the get an up-to-date prescription, then orderd contact lenses from Daysoft. The lenses where so week it wasn't even worth me wearing them. I contacted Daysoft numerous times but never heard back. Poor product, zero customer service, dont waste your money.

I've used these for over 10 years, and I have tried every brand under the sun. These are the most comfortable lenses out there FOR ME, but of course, they have to fit your eye, and we are all different. I can wear them for 16 hours a day, phone use can dry them quicker. The price is VERY good value, the packaging is great, although it takes a second to work out how to get the lens out, remember when you first tried to put one in your eye, lol. It fits through the post box, so it's cheap postage. Highly recommend. I even ship them to Geneva and pay 30chf tax and import duties because it's worth it.

My son has used daysoft since he was 13 he's now 34 the contact lenses are excellent and had never had any problems. However the last year prices have risen and he has paid a different price each month

Excellent lenses and brilliant customer service.
The lenses are great value for money and very good quality. The delivery is quick and the customer service team is always on hand

Very good vle for money and do fit well. I find they stay in well compared to the big branded ones.

Only thing I find is that they are a little more difficult to fit as they are more rigid than ther brands. Sometimes you put them in and a blink will ping them out again.

So takes a little longer to get them in but once in they are great.

I have used this brand for over 5 years & have never had a problem or any issues.
My Optician does not seem to like them as she says that the lenses do not move on my eye when I blink & recommended another brand (suprise, suprise). Anyway I paid for my contact lens fitting& check took on board her comments & ordered my new prescription from Daysoft!
No hesitation in recommending DAYSOFT & I have no hesitation in recommending them.

I’ve used daysoft for 5 years now and love them. They’re well priced and good lenses. Only downsides is the packaging is slightly awkward to open and the fact the shipping and cost of lenses has increased quite a bit. The shipping was free and now costs around £3 for not overly quick shipping and the lenses have slowly crept up. That being said, they’re still very reasonably priced and comfortable
