Excellent Service from start to finish
I own an Omoda 7 which the Omoda garages we've contacted confidently advised there is no compatible tow bar. PF Jones confidently advised that there is, and that they have supplied and fitted several. I want ahead and bought the tow bar and they arranged fitting on my driveway. Louis arrived yesterday afternoon, checked the contents of the box sent by PF Jones and set to work. It took him there hours and at the end, I had a removable tow bar and Louis spent time going through attaching and detaching and the settings on the car to disable to avoid automatic braking issues. Absolutely delighted with the service including speed of delivery and the excellent fitting service. The tow bar itself looks solid and is weight rated well above that which I need for a light single axle trailer. Can't recommend them highly enough.

Spent £400 on a set of injectors that were supposedly refurbished, fitted to the vehicle by a mechanic and didn’t work at all, sent back and had warranty rejected because of supposed “contamination” offered to refurb them for £400 or dispose of. These injectors were fitted to the van for 15 minutes, all 4 now broken? Absolute impossible and terrible customer service.

Good day Mark , I am sorry you have had issues with the vehicle, upon return of the injectors they was internal damaged caused by fuel in the vehicle. This could be either bad fuel of the fuel pump breaking up and putting swarf into the injector.
Best regards
PF Jones
