Super quick delivery, very presentable box for a gift with wine

Product purchased was a present so has not been viewed but was well packaged - 4 stars given because product delivery was a day late (by Royal Mail) and the delay was not communicated so waste of my time waiting in to receive it

The website was easy to use the item I ordered was of good quality and the personalisation was really nice. Will use Farrar and Tanner again.

Item arrived, had some marks on the leather, sent back, should have been picked up by the companies QC process. I would class this as a "seconds" leather item. Returned straight away. In fairness the refund process was quick though disappointing that although item was faulty was still charged for postage. Wont use the company again. I have ordered similar item from another company.

Super smooth returns process, allowing us to exchange an unwanted gift. The quality of the products, the packaging and delivery time are all first class. Thank you ☺️

I haven’t opened the parcel as it’s been gift wrapped for a present but delivered quickly and well wrapped .
